117 Harrison St, Oak Park“I have immensely enjoyed learning and practicing yoga at Yoga Loft Studios. I am in reasonable physical shape but I do not have good body flexibility or core strength. I had never done yoga before in my life and decided to sign up for a two week unlimited class special to see how I liked it. Jill (owner) and her team are outstanding. There is a wide variety of classes and I have enjoyed the challenge and reward of each type. Her team of instructors provide a variety of yoga routines that keep the sessions interesting and fresh. The instructors are high energy and engaging. There are morning, afternoon and evening sessions which are super convenient. After each of my sessions that I attend, I feel like I have received an extensive work out but at the same time I feel rested and refreshed. Even if you are a novice, give this a try and you may like it as I have!“

“Lauren has been awesome! I was struggling with pain and lack of flexibility in my big toes. I had already been to a podiatrist, but they pretty much just gave me custom insoles and sent me on my way. Lauren designed my program to gradually build up flexibility and strength, and we addressed other issues like hip flexibility, knee pain, and ankle mobility as they arose. I appreciate that she didn’t try to make me come in for a bunch of appointments and stressed the importance of homework. After a few months, my pain is greatly decreased, my mobility is greatly increased, and I know I have a great toolkit going forward!“

“I lost 40 lbs since May 2023 after starting personal training at Tone up 2 Fitness! I definitely put in a lot of hard work but I wouldn't have been able to do this without the support from the staff here. Tom is a great Trainer and has been dedicated to help me achieve my fitness goals! He knows how to challenge you and sends you weekly workouts you can do on your own time as well. Bart does an amazing time to start you with the process and pairs you with a trainer that would work for you. They know exactly how to start you off so it's up to you if you are willing to put in the work to achieve your goals. It's definitely worth it! Time Up 2 Fitness definitely changed my life for the better!“

Plenty of free parking on the street and a small nearby lot at 7am on a Sunday morning.There were a half dozen patrons in there at any time during my workout, so plenty of room and no competition for space and equipment.This gym size and equipment selection is very comparable to all 4 of the the Anytime Fitness locations I've been to, which makes it easy to execute your planned work-out without too much hunting and pecking. The key fob works just the same, too.All the equipment were in good shape, and the place was clean and in orderly condition.“

Nick is obviously really passionate about training because he is incredibly informed about everything. In order to prevent self-injury, he precisely explains what to do and how to perform it during your sessions and gently corrects your form. He makes you feel at ease and conveys that he genuinely cares about his customers and their wellbeing. The best trainer I've ever worked with, in my opinion! You will notice results right away since Nick is the best, and I highly recommend working out with him!“

“I was looking for a personalized holistic training approach including physical workouts and nutritional guidance. Tommaso setup a 12 week program for me around these needs and I was very happy with the process and results and I then signed up for a second 12 week engagement (currently happening at the time of this review).Everything is virtual which allows a lot of freedom and the ability to maintain our workout schedule when I’m traveling by bringing a minimal amount of gear.
