I was looking for a personalized holistic training approach including physical workouts and nutritional guidance. Tommaso setup a 12 week program for me around these needs and I was very happy with the process and results and I then signed up for a second 12 week engagement (currently happening at the time of this review).Everything is virtual which allows a lot of freedom and the ability to maintain our workout schedule when I’m traveling by bringing a minimal amount of gear. I have been at this fitness center for years now. The staff here are invested in the gym, and they are consistently approachable and helpful. Omar in particular responded to a problem in a professional and expedient manner. Good experiences.
