Dave is an excellent trainer. I’ve been a client for over a year and in that time I have made substantial progress towards my goals. I have seen him build customized, effective programs for people ranging from seniors to high schoolers which makes him unique. Well worth a call if you’re looking to improve your physical condition. I've seen Dave for close to 3 years. As an avid cyclist I was looking to supplement my biking with working on core strength, stretching and injury prevention. Dave did a screening and detected other areas to work on such as gait, joint stiffness and maladaptive movement habits that inhibited optimal functioning. I have met the expectations that I set out with and in the process, Dave has taught me so much more! With his stretching regimen I've eliminated all muscle cramps and I move much better. It's great to know that you have a trainer that is supporting improvement on your goals in addition to someone who is there to work on all the other physical issues that arise!

My husband and I have been training with Dave twice a week for over a year. Initially my husband started training with Dave to relieve his chronic back pain and sore knees. We are both in our 40’s and have increased our flexibility/strength. Dave’s workouts incorporate exercises promoted by leading fitness experts as well as from his background in physical therapy.
