I've been training with Vanessa for the past month, and I should say I'm happy with the results. I got stronger, more energetic and merrier. I've also noticed positive changes in my physical appearance. Taut skin, firmer muscles and leaner body. Vanessa is very passionate about working out, and she gives the best trainings from weight lifting to kick boxing. Her work outs are fun, but challenging. They're also different, targeting different muscle groups, every time. I highly recommend Vanessa and Get Fit Training Gym for your personal trainings.
Awesome gym!!! I was hesitant when I first started but Vanessa and Jonathan have been great with my personal training classes and motivating! Always encourage me to reach new milestones and give me that extra push when I need it! Very accommodating and welcoming!! I’ve learned a lot during my short time training and continue to train, we’ve got goals to reach!! The group classes are also amazing!! I 100% Highly recommend!!
The training is phenomenal. I would highly recommend this gym if you want to get into great shape. The trainers are all incredibly talented and good people. Music, facilities, and cleanliness are top notch as well.
