“I had my annual eye exam today at Vision Center with Dr. Franklin Lau and it was the best eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Lau is so patient and thorough with my eye exam. And he explained everything so well. He is so meticulous and very knowledgeable.Unlike other eye exams, I did not feel rushed at all. I love this place! You make your appointment and you get a 100% attention for your one-hour appointment. You really get your money’s worth.At other doctor’s office, you feel so rushed and the technicians who work on the machines, keep rushing you through the process while other patients are waiting.At Vision Center, you get an appointment and you are given the whole one-hour appointment with no distractions at all.Dr. Lau is truly amazing and I really love this place. The staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable.Although it is quite a commute for me to see Dr. Lau, it is well worth it. This was my first time getting glasses by myself, and I didn't know much about insurance, lenses, etc. However, Mario was incredibly helpful, honest, and attentive during my visit! “I needed an eye exam in order to get a new set of eyeglasses made (my prior prescription was six years old and I hadn't visited an eye doctor since having them made). I was referred to Dr. Inouchi by a trusted friend and am delighted I acted on that friend's referral for three main reasons:1) Attention to Detail- Dr. Inouchi was thorough in her examination. She took her time to ensure all aspects of my eyes/vision were healthy, which let me know she is passionate about what she does and truly cares about her patient's wellbeing.2) Education- Dr. Inouchi took the time to explain to me what she was doing throughout the examination and why she was doing it. This gave me a better understanding of my own eyes and enhanced my comfort with the overall process.3) Kindness- She was really nice; simple as that...Additional benefit- the staff member (Alexis) who serviced my pre and post examination was also very thorough and kind.I wasn't planning on purchasing my eyeglasses from their office because I already had my frame and figured I would just get my lenses made at Costco. But after the wonderful experience I had, in addition to learning they offer Hoya lenses (which are really good per the research I've done), I decided to have my new eyeglasses made here too. Can't wait to get them and know they will be amazing!“

“I have many issues with my eyes: cataract surgery on both eyes. I have corneal issue as well.. Dr. Jeff Wong has been my eye doctor/surgeon for many years he is professional, efficient, and an excellent doctor. He listens to his patients when they have questions or concerns. I have just had a follow up laser procedure, which is quite common. All went great. I would highly recommend this practice, including their optometry department for your eye care needs. They are the best!“

“My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Portis for over 20 years and have always been impressed and very happy with our care. He performed my wife's LASIK with great results, and he just replaced my cataracts with Toric lenses and the Femtosecond laser, with fantastic results.I was more terrified than the average person I suppose and ready to travel ANYWHERE to have cataract surgery if it meant lessening the risk of complications, though some of the people around him (and other MD's) convinced me he'd be a great choice. But mostly it was my appraisal of him: cautious, ethical, conscientious, and very smart--which won me over. He was also willing to take a lot of time to explain the different options and the procedure, as well as fully appraising my eyes.I wanted to go to someone with experience and who does a fair number of cataract surgeries too--not a factory, but enough to be really good at it, which is what I felt most comfortable with. But still, even though it's a low-risk proposition, it's still scary!Highly recommend. (His assistants are all great as well.)“
