Requested a next day appointment on their website. It was confirmed the next morning around 830-9am my appt was at 1030am. I went in and didnt have to wait long. Dr Saito was nice and explained everything with a few suggestions and the ladies at the front were very nice. Will be returning for further care.
Straub clinic’e eyeglass outfit doesn’t accept VSP insurance so just before the end of 2023, I looked up Dr. Saito’s clinic and saw that they had a wide range of frames compared to other VSP accepting providers. Although I did not get to meet with Dr. Saito, his office staff were very helpful. Chantelle (sp.) was knowledgeable with presenting frame types that I was looking for., specifically titanium flex frames. I had to get the prescription redone because my optometrist didn’t get it quite right the first time. This was about 6 weeks later. Dr. Saito and his staff are so professional and friendly. He is so good with answering any of my questions. Suggest when to change my glasses cause my sight changed, happy to say that it didn’t this year.
