“I recently had a health scare concerning my eyes and had the amazing luck of getting Dr. Sarah Ho as my eye doctor. I’ve seen her twice now and both times, she was very attentive to my needs. She’s very well educated and you can tell she takes her job seriously. She followed up with me via phone call after my appointments and I was surprised to hear from her. Normally, most doctors let their reception staff do follow ups so I was surprised that the actual doctor was following up. I really appreciated this because when you have anxiety over something as important as your eyes, it’s a lot more comforting to hear from the actual doctor themselves who can instantly answer any of your questions/concerns. I truly recommend Dr. Sarah Ho. She’s great.The doctors office is a little hard to find, it’s on the second floor of the building and the front door is towards the middle of the building. “Dr. Murakami is the friendliest optometrist that l’ve had throughout my years. I’ve had numerous optometrist since I was a child, and she has been very detailed when explaining some of my issues and possible issues due to my history of contact sports and family medical history.Dr. Murakami performed a very thorough exam with my eye examination, dilating my pupils and going over my various choices for contact lenses and prescription lenses.Side note, I was actually impressed that she remembered some of my personal information that we had discussed from my previous visit 2 years ago. This lets me know that she listens to her patient and it makes me feel that she really cares about her patients. We are not just a number to her, but she cares. She is an outstanding optometrist with great “bedside“ manners, and I would recommend her to everyone.The staff at the office was very helpful and fast, there was no extra waiting, and they were on time.“
