I was stranded without contact lenses on my vacation to Waikiki Beach. Kati & Shoji were INCREDIBLY accommodating and helped me out in just a few hours. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. HIGHLY recommend.

I renewed my contact prescription a week before getting married and used up my trial lenses quickly. My husband and I left for a spontaneous trip to Honolulu the day after our wedding, and I realized after booking a snorkeling excursion that the experience would probably be more enjoyable if I didn't have to worry about losing my only glasses in the Pacific Ocean. I called Kato & Shoji Optometrists as soon as the office opened and was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful staff person. I asked if they had trail contacts for sale, and was advised to email my prescription over to ensure they had the right lenses in stock. A few minutes after sending the email, I received a callback and was invited to pick up my new lenses from the office. It was all so simple! Thank you to the Kato & Shoji team for being so kind and accommodating. I have already referred all my friends and family on the island to this office. I am incredibly grateful!

My dailies were destroyed during the trip to Oahu. Had problems finding my prescription and type on island. Contacted these incredibly nice people, and they did their best to help me out of a jam. Top notch. Much Mahalo!
