I was delighted and surprised with the level of detail in terms of finding the right prescription for me. I had originally gone in because that they had designer frames and a lot of variety. Most especially for more petite faces like mine. I decided at the last minute to also include an eye exam. The doctor was excellent, thorough, and caught some details in my current prescriptions that were missed previously by a major healthcare/eye provider on the Island. Selection for glasses frames was very personalized and detailed. There's a nice collection of designer frames and I happily selected one that fits. Always great service, and they’re fast. Eye exams are also pretty speedy. I have no problem finding frames that fit me. Just be patient or come back in a bit if they’re super busy, because otherwise they can’t really give you the best service.
