“I can’t overstate how grateful I am to the good people at True Plumbing. Literally a week after I closed on my new house, the expansion tank on my water heater busted a leak and water was spraying out all over my kitchen at 6:30pm. I was the only one home and literally felt helpless in the chaos as my kitchen started to flood. I called True Plumbing and the very compassionate and kind woman on the phone got me help right away. This is after hours, mind you. I had two field managers call me within 30 secs. One, Paul, kindly and patiently talked me through turning off the water to my house as I was panicking and then had a technician come out within 30mins. Gary replaced the expansion tank and fixed some of the wrong piping right away. By 9pm, the crisis was over. I owe my piece of mind and new house’s well being to True Plumbing. They have compassionate and professional employees that do top notch work at a good price. Thank you for saving me tonight.“

“Wheldon was a pleasure to work with at every step of the way. They are professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward. Their estimate on a complete system was over $2,000 cheaper than ARS. Eric and Shaun did the install of my new condenser and furnace and went out of their way to answer all of my questions. When I mentioned to Chip that that the expansion tank of my water heater was broken, he came out later and replaced it as part of the install with no extra cost. Scotty was quick, after a quick walkthrough and some questions he told me he knew exactly what he needed to do. He was exactly right. I expected to tear my garage apart to make room for him to work. “Jeremy Hathaway from Mr. Rooter is phenomenal! He came to our house to help us locate a water leak in the ceiling. He determined it was a problem with the roof, not the plumbing, but while he was here I asked him to turn up my hot water heater because my showers were luke warm. He discovered our hot water heater was on it's last legs, patiently helped us through the process of finding a new hot water heater that we could afford, and then aided us in applying for and taking out a small loan to pay for it. When he removed our heater to replace it, he discovered our hot water heater had been compromised below the floor line and had damaged a good portion of our floor. Jeremy called a water remediator, encouraged us to call and make a claim with our home insurance carrier, and continued to answer our questions by text even today, the Sunday after he had finished his work with us. He is truly amazing--one of a kind--and his detective work saved us a lot of future headaches, money, and further damage to our home.
