“I can’t overstate how grateful I am to the good people at True Plumbing. Literally a week after I closed on my new house, the expansion tank on my water heater busted a leak and water was spraying out all over my kitchen at 6:30pm. I was the only one home and literally felt helpless in the chaos as my kitchen started to flood. I called True Plumbing and the very compassionate and kind woman on the phone got me help right away. This is after hours, mind you. I had two field managers call me within 30 secs. One, Paul, kindly and patiently talked me through turning off the water to my house as I was panicking and then had a technician come out within 30mins. Gary replaced the expansion tank and fixed some of the wrong piping right away. By 9pm, the crisis was over. I owe my piece of mind and new house’s well being to True Plumbing.
