I can’t overstate how grateful I am to the good people at True Plumbing. Literally a week after I closed on my new house, the expansion tank on my water heater busted a leak and water was spraying out all over my kitchen at 6:30pm. I was the only one home and literally felt helpless in the chaos as my kitchen started to flood. I called True Plumbing and the very compassionate and kind woman on the phone got me help right away. This is after hours, mind you. I had two field managers call me within 30 secs. One, Paul, kindly and patiently talked me through turning off the water to my house as I was panicking and then had a technician come out within 30mins. Gary replaced...read full review

Amazing customer service; tremendous attention to detail; enviable braintrust; incredible honesty.We were in a bit of a 911 and True Plumbing came highly recommended and we now know why.In speaking with a multitude of folks there from Kimberly to Stephanie to Sean and then Matt - who actually came out last week to diagnose and came again today with Emiliano to conduct the actual work.Great diagnosticians; honest feedback and suggestions - -clearly a company that carries a torch of "do the right thing" -- we can now flush and shower without worry ;-). We thank you True Plumbing!
