Scotty came to my house this morning to fix our upstairs plumbing issue. He was precisely on time and very warm to speak with. Scotty was quick, after a quick walkthrough and some questions he told me he knew exactly what he needed to do. He was exactly right. I expected to tear my garage apart to make room for him to work. We did not need to move a thing and he did not spill a drop while he worked. Scotty gave me solid advice and made sure I understood what and why he was doing things.
