“My husband and I thought if we had a deck system installed on our lower deck we would get more use of deck even if it’s raining.So we did research about companies that did this type work and selected two. We contacted them and made appointments.The first gentleman showed us his product, which seemed okay. He then explained how it is installed and works. After taking measurements he gave us an estimate for his system. He said that if we sign a contract by Jan. 31, 2024, two days away, we would save $500 dollars.On Jan. 31, 2024,Jeff Butler, partner, with RainAway Deck Drain Systems, met with us to explain his deck system.After his presentation, he too went outside to take measurements. My husband and I agreed that Jeff’s system is far and above better quality than the first salesman’s product.Jeff then gave us his estimate which I figured would be at least a thousand dollars higher in price.But, to our surprise Jeff’s quote was several hundred dollars less than the previous guy’s offer and NO PRESSURE to make a quick decision.We signed a contract for the deck system and installation was completed today.Hunter and his install team are very professional and did a terrific job.Now, we admiring our newly useable deck thanks to Jeff and the RainAway Deck Drain System.“

He even offered to come that night, but I declined because we were prepared with a portable generator. This a great company with good honest people. You will not be disappointed. “Another successful bath install by Change Your Bathroom. I just completed my 2nd bathroom remodel. Everything is expensive, especially labor, but you get what you pay for. I paid premium price to get my bathroom vanity, mirror, shower and accessories installed and premium service is what I got. Jesse is EXCELLENT!!! His work is impeccable. He installed everything so masterfully. I am so glad that he was able to assist on this project. I have not experienced great customer service lately, but Change Your Bathroom always delivers. “Back in February, my master shower leaked into the kitchen below. I was not happy as this new shower was only around 6 years old. So the insurance battle started. I found Brian and 5th Generation on a referral. We met and came up with a plan. It took the insurance company 4 months to come around, but all the numbers quoted in February were honored. Brian brought over Joseph as the project manager, and the work commenced as scheduled. In under 2 weeks, the shower was gutted ( its a large two headed walk in with a bench) plumbed, sheet-rocked, tiled, painted and door replaced, in under their time estimate. I was contacted and visited EVERY DAY by Joseph. Its very hard to find a good contractor or workers. 5th Generation was excellent in every respect.“

“On Nov 1, a 3d floor bathroom in my townhouse flooded, causing water damage in the bathroom, wood floors, 2d floor ceiling and wood floors.After water damage mitigation was completed, TRL came in immediately to repair/paint damaged walls and ceiling, replace the ceiling, bathroom tile and damaged wood flooring that removed for water damage mitigation. They worked even Thanksgiving week!Owner Nir kept me posted daily on progress and explained the work being done in layman terms. He promptly answered all of my calls and questions.They worked with my insurance adjuster to approve refinishing the entire 2d & 3d floors to blend the new flooring with the existing.Honestly, TRL's floor install on the damaged floors and bath tile is far superior to the original work only 2 years ago (new construction).Their refinishing work improved the appearance of the non-damaged flooring, which was not installed as well as TRL's work. I wish TRL had installed all of my wood flooring the first time.The TRL team are perfectionists, highly professional, super polite and know their stuff.The bathroom tile pre-flood didn't even meet the wall behind the toilet (I had the gap thickly caulked) - the floor is now tiled completely - no gaps. Again, much better than the original builders' work.So, TRL and (my now friend) Nir not only repaired my house, they did the work to highest professional standards. And quickly! They met a tight schedule based on how long my insurance provided me with temporary housing.We walked through this week & Nir even fixed a few issues that came up during the work, though not really his team's responsibility. Nir and team exceed expectations! Made lemonade out of my flooded lemon.TRL had my house thoroughly cleaned and I am moving home in a few days!!!“

“From start to finish Peach State Pool was an absolute dream to work with. Bill, Mike and Chet were the best team!! The communication, transparency and professionalism of these guys was incredible. They were outstanding to work with throughout the entire process, answering all of our questions, as well as, being flexible and keeping us up to speed on the entire project, they did a great job letting us know all details regarding the process and deadlines. Mike initially came out to look at our property and came up with the design for the pool, which I was beyond happy with. Chet was on site almost every day and oversaw the entire project. It was some of the little things they did that eased our minds, for example: they set up a group text with all 5 of us that was incredibly helpful to get daily updates, and they were all more than gracious putting up with all my questions, changes, and craziness. Through the process there were occasionally days in a row that no one was there, and they constantly kept us updated as too "why" so we didn't feel like we were "forgotten" about. The attention to detail all the workers had was above and beyond what we expected, and they even beat the timeline that they gave us for how long the project would take. Bill was always there to check in and see how we were all doing, which of course being such a big expense, it was comforting to have that added support. Here we are 6 months later and they are all still super communicative and helpful with the things I’m still learning about to run our pool. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in putting in a pool. I trusted them with each and every detail of this project and I’m so glad I found them!“

“I'm a couple of months late, but wanted to write a review for the amazing job the Clever Home team did on our extensive renovation. Due to a basement foundation water issue, we had to install a sump pump which required tearing out walls and flooring. Since there was already such a mess, we decided to install a basement bar/kitchenette, redo the basement bathroom, and redo the master bath. Karls was such a pleasure to work with and his entire team was so nice and respectful of our place. We were extremely pleased with the work and will be using him again in the future!!“

“We hired Intown Craftsmen to put an addition on our house and adding an addition to a house that is over 100 years old is not an easy task. The addition involved every aspect of construction, plumbing, HVAC, building above the garage and redoing the roof, etc. Upon our first meeting with Russ and telling him what we wanted, he was genuinely excited to do the job. They did the job so well that you really can’t tell it is not part of the original house. You can tell they take pride in their work. I would hire them again without a second thought!!“
