Derek is the kindest man. My son was in the hospital and his hot water heater stopped working. I live in South Florida. Derek made it all happen quickly and efficiently. His employees were very nice and replaced it in a matter of days. My daughter in law is grateful for the hot shower! I will be sharing his name with anyone in the area that will listen! I would highly recommend this company to do any project at your house. Completely professional, walked me through the entire process, very prompt with callbacks, and even offered excellent customer support after the project was done when I had a few questions and concerns.
