Gabriel showed up on time and was thorough in his estimate. He did a wonderful job installing our new tub faucet. Beautiful work. He was very polite and considerate while doing the installation. We will definitely use him again. I wish I could give him ten stars!

I called to address a leak in my ceiling. Scheduling was easy! Technician Gabriel did a FANTASTIC JOB not only looking at the issues I thought I had but making note of the ones I didn't see. He explained each issue thoroughly and gave me options. The repair was quick and again he went through Exactly what he did and helped understand what I need to keep an eye on in the future. Would recommend and will be using Pallette and Gabriel again!

From my first phone conversation with Sherry(sp) to meeting the technician, Gabriel, I was treated with respect, genuine concern for my plumbing issues, and understanding. Never did I feel that Ganriel was condescending (as many technicians tend to be when talking to a woman), nor did I feel I was being taken for a ride. Gabriel noticed a couple of things that were out of code and made appropriate suggestions for my other plumbing issues.
