They responded quickly and got right to work. Matt was great, gave me a list of all of my options. There were roots growing in the pipes (again) causing the downstairs toilets and tub to backup and overflow. He was able to blast most of the roots out with the high pressure water. I used them a few years ago for the same problem. They even came out on Christmas eve then! Highly recommend them.

Mr. Dawson arrived within the time range I was given. My downstairs neighbor had noticed water damage on her shower ceiling. Mr. Dawson assessed the situations and didn't find any water leaks from my unit. He did notice some dampness and suggested it might be due to an issue with insulation/sealant installed by the contractor who recently renovated my bathroom and Mr. Dawson spoke with the contractor and offered a suggestion on how to test that assumption. Contractor will be following up on Mr. Dawson's suggestion.Service: Drain cleaning
