My mother had gone in a few weeks ago and loved her massage, so I decided to get one myself as my neck is always bothering me and giving me headaches. I actually went into my appointment with a headache already, but Michael did a great job working out my upper back and knew where to find my problem areas. By the next day my headache was gone, and my neck and shoulders felt a lot more relaxed. I haven't had another tension headache since, so it lasts! I'll definitely be back next time my neck gets to me again. :)

I had a dislocation break of my leg and subsequent surgery to repair both broken bones. I came to this facility as it is small and convenient to where I live. I can't say enough good things about the care I've gotten there. They're friendly, very thorough, motivating and extremely knowledgeable. They can explain the things they're recommending and the science behind it so anyone can understand it. I walk in there and feel like I'm with friends. It's clean, comfortable, and you have a true one on one experience. I'll be going to this Athletico location for all my future physical therapy needs, and recommend you do as well!

I brought my daughter in for a haircut (she is 10). It was our first time and I will not be going back. The stylist was running late which I completely understand, then said she didn’t have time to wash her hair, fine. I went to sit back in the front and they were finished in less than 10 minutes. My daughter got in the car and ask me to take her somewhere else to get her hair cut because you couldn’t tell anything had been done except her hair was brushed out. She had asked for layers but I couldn’t tell any had been cut out.
I didn’t feel very welcome either. No one told us where to go or where to sit. I’m not sure anyone even said hello or thank you. She just said she would get the front desk girl to take my money and disappeared

I've been coming to Hairitage for about 5 years and have stuck with them through their most recent move. I love Izzy. She's their resident nail tech and she is one of the most talented, wonderful humans I've ever met. Maggie does my hair and I love her to pieces. Maggie stayed at the old shop location and now works for Dahlia but I met her in her Hairitage days. Between her and Izzy, I decided Hairitage was my beauty home.

Our technician John was very professional , knowledgeable, and kind. He removed our old water heater, disconnected the old water lines, and disabled our electrical outlet. He installed a new tankless water heater, including the new gas and water lines. He was very neat did not leave a mess. He also removed and installed a new water cartridge in spare shower ensuite. We received 5 star service from the receptionist, technician, and the owner. What a trustworthy family owned company. We will definitely refer all friends & family and use this company for future plumbing needs.
We called six months ago to see about getting our carpets cleaned and not only did he answer late at night (we thought it would be a voicemail) but the interaction we had with Burt was so pleasant. Since we had only been in our apartment a few months we decided to wait and he gave us some helpful tips to take care of pet messes in the meantime. Well that left a lasting impression on us that when it came time to get them cleaned last week, we called them up! Burt came out last Thursday and did a fantastic job with our dingy carpets. He was so personable, kind, and knowledgeable about what work needed to be done and explained what he was doing. He even gave me some fantastic tips for hiking local areas and where to mine for gems when he saw we collected crystals that we can’t wait to try out. He was in and out in no time and we are thoroughly impressed with the work he did. If you are like me and need to read a million reviews before deciding on something, look no further! We will definitely be calling him again in the future :)

Update: I had Crawlspace Medic go ahead and encapsulate my crawlspace, after having a dehumidifier installed by my HVAC company, and I was not disappointed. They took their time and did it right. Shout out to the team lead, Greg, who was extremely personal and methodical, staying late to make sure nothing was missed and everything was clean. In this day and age, that feels like a rare occurrence.
Kevin and his team at Crawlspace Medic are phenomenal. 1). Extremely responsive and timely from start to finish. I did very little waiting and things happened quickly. Great communication throughout. 2). The workmanship was excellent. They did a great job laying, taping, and staking the new vapor barrier. And they did another great job building my new access doors to my crawlspace to replace my old dry rotted ones. 3). Everyone was extremely pleasant and respectful. They also did not get annoyed with me checking in on them while they worked and asking questions. That's important to me. I like to know what's going on with my house and the work being done on it, but I also like to learn. 4). They were reasonable on price and there were no pressure tactics. They laid the options on the table and then just let me ask questions to make a decision for myself.
So all of that to say: If you are looking to have some work done in regards to your crawlspace, you can't go wrong with Crawlspace Medic of Augusta. They'll get you taken care of.

This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, and welcoming. The dentists (I got to Dr. Edwards) are professional and very calming. I was terrified (like near panic attack) to go to a dentist and to have any work done but Dr. Edwards and the wonderful staff made me feel calm and relaxed. During any procedure they would constantly make sure I was fine and in little to no pain. I no longer fear the dentist (and have had extractions, cleanings, fillings (I think that’s what it was called), and even clear aligners with them) They are giving me the smile I have always wanted. I recently visited Dr. Beth for chronic pain in my shoulders lower back, and neck, and the results have been incredible. As someone in my mid 50’s I thought this was maybe a “normal” condition, but not only has the pain significantly diminished, but I’ve also noticed remarkable improvements in my sleep and overall mood. Dr. Beth is professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. Each session is thorough, and I always leave feeling better. I can’t recommend Dr. Beth enough for anyone seeking effective and holistic chiropractic care. Only five stars because google doesn’t allow for a higher rating.

Following a fracture of a femur I went to the Evans branch of Peak. I found them to be professional in every way. I was fortunate to have a physical therapist named Jackie. I was unable to walk and 3 months later I could walk. She was friendly and competent. I highly recommend Peak Rehabilitation Fitness and Performance Center.

Great place for working with autistic children as well. Our daughter went to Ducktails for Occupational, speech, and physical therapies (in addition to ABA) and we were always impressed by her progress and the therapists' dedication to explaining what we could do in home to keep that momentum going. Zen now rides a bike, catches a ball, makes consistent verbal efforts, and keeps her shoes on. Thank you to Megan, Nicole, Chrissy, Karen, and the entire Ducktails team for their efforts, our family is forever grateful.
