LOX Home Inspection is an amazing company to work with. Today was my first time hiring them for an inspection. Donald was on time, professional, informative, and amazing. He did our home inspection today, 5/18, on a rainy day and we got the digital report with images on the same day. A few hours after the inspection! His attention to detail is on point and he made sure to address all my concerns! In addition, the price for the inspection was very fair. I will continue to use their services in the future! The owner came out to assist us on such short notice. Inspected the crawlspace with proper gear and the roof too after a rainy day - did all that and gave us a detailed digital report with pictures and videos the very next day. Definitely recommended to know what you are getting into moving into a pre-loved home. Fair price - even gave us a discount since we are returning customers. I highly recommend.

Jeff with LOX Home Inspections has completed multiple Inspections on properties for me. His reports were timely, thorough, and clear on issues. He was available to discuss any of my follow up questions regarding my inspection reports.I can't recommend Jeff and LOX home inspection enough.
