What an outstanding experience! I highly recommend Burt and Majestic Floor Care. Such professionalism and expertise - my tile in the bathroom, shower stall and entryways were immaculate upon finishing. Burt addressed some previous owner pet damage on carpet as well. The special customer gift of homemade jam is amazing - you can smell it upon opening the jar. Thank you Burt and I look forward to annual steam services with you all. Cheers ! Marcy
