I just had Crawlspace Medic of Augusta perform some repairs and updates to my 1250 sq ft crawlspace in my home in Aiken. They repaired some water damage in several locations, replaced extensive insulation under some of the subflooring, replaced some foundation lumber that had been subjected to dry rot, and completely installed plastic vapor barrier throughout. My home is 36 years old and had not had any crawlspace repairs during all that time. I found this company and it's owner very easy to work with. They kept me up to date at every turn and were very reliable. I found their employees to be very pleasant and I was very satisfied with the work they did on my crawl space. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a company to deal with their crawlspace problems.

I had an urgent request for a repair so I could close on the home I was selling, and they came out the next day and did the work. I can't tell you how grateful I am that they were able to do this so quickly.
