Southeast Restoration was a pleasure to do business with. They were very professional, prompt, and thorough. When my floors flooded, they had a team of people out the same day to dry my house out and limit the damage. During the process of getting my floors redone, I never had to worry about a thing because they sent a crew of some of the finest workers in the area to complete the job. The receptionist who answered our original call was amazing! She tried transferring us to the correct person and when they didn't answer, she took it upon herself to make sure we were helped right then and there. Then, we received phone calls right away to schedule repair and mitigation estimates. Everyone showed up on time and they were so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
