I have been using Arrow Exterminators' services since I moved into my house in 2019. Arrow remains consistent and they mostly send the same technician every time. The technician that comes to my house is polite, professional, and thorough. If any changes to the technician need to be made they let you know in advance. Also, they have no problem returning if I feel an area needs to be revisited.

Absolutely the best out there. I was 2 days away to close on a home I committed to purchase, and the termite inspector that the seller hired(I won't name the company) that did the inspection gave me clear of previous or active termites. I went under the crawl space myself, and I saw clear and definite termite damage. I called arrow exterminators....ON A HOLIDAY, and the extraordinarily kind Debbie that answers the phone managed to get an inspector(Mr. William) to the home the same day. Mr. William confirmed termite damage, and I was able to get the owner to replace all of the damaged beams under the crawl space. The entire process was quick and efficient. I haven't had any issues since the initial visit. Debbie was awesome getting me scheduled for service and keeping me updated. Dustin was very informative and answered all of my questions while giving me great advice during the visit. 10/10.Services: Home inspection
