“I had a great experience with Shanon during the pandemic. As our gyms were closed, I really needed a highly customized nutrition + fitness program using my at home equipment. Shanon was very accessible to ask questions and texts during the week. I traveled and spent some time in a hotel gym, had to modify my workout at elevation, and had some PT issues with my knee. Shanon was very quick to answer texts to help me accommodate my workout. He has a great way to help you even if you can't get in for personal training by having you take videos and he can give feedback with audio and drawing lines to show better form. This was really key to online training especially when lifting heavy. I am one to have done a ton of different workout styles and have worked with several trainers so I was hesitant to pay for some vanilla type of training but I learned a ton with Shanon that's useful for ongoing maintenance.“

“This planet fitness is very clean and well-maintained overall (not all of them are)! Ashley, at the front desk in the mornings, works incredibly hard!! When she is not actively helping a customer, she is cleaning. Not most of the time, but ALWAYS. I probably average 4-5 hours a week in there, and she is ALWAYS working hard, and yet, she still stops what she is doing to acknowledge customers as they scan in. I certainly hope management staff show their appreciation for her!! Unfortunately, there seems to be a relatively high staff turnover rate, but after several years of consistent visits here, I can highly recommend the Castle Rock Planet Fitness.“
