“We started my oldest in 2018. She was 3 years old. Shy at first, didn't want to go out onto the mat. After a few classes she was going out thinking she was all that and then some. We now have our youngest in it too. She went out with no problem having been going and sitting on the side since her older sister was going. Great family oriented. Instructors are amazing. I really couldn't ask for better staff or environment. They are great with younger kids just starting out like mine did.“
