She and other instructors create a welcoming atmosphere. They make every lesson engaging for the kids, balancing the fun and learning. They are creative at teaching not only karate techniques but also important life skills like discipline, respect, and perseverance.“
“Excellent dojo to learn traditional Karate-Do, specializing in the style of Shotokan. Gary Sensei and Candice Sensei are absolutely amazing and are exceptional instructors of this art including their senior instructors. This dojo is perfect for any age level. Excellent discipline for younger children and great physical development for even adult students. This is a true martial arts institution and NOT a “mcdojo” like so many other martial arts schools out there. Highly recommend this school if you are interested in training in the martial arts for yourself or your children, you will not regret it.“
“Love this place, there are numerous dedicates Teachers, a few with previous training in other styles which help’s a lot. I feel welcomed and that my previous Sanda training is respected. With 4 hour adult only classes this is a hardcore school and I’m glad to move into combat training and becomes skilled in weapon’s!“

“This facility is really awesome! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, made us feel very comfortable from the start! I brought my son here for the kids Muay Thai class and he had a really great experience and truly enjoyed every class! Unfortunately we couldn’t continue due to our current financial situation, but we would love to come back here one day. Everything from the coaches, manager, front desk, the layout of the facility, and the restrooms are all great! Only con is it does get pretty crowded, but we were always able to find a parking spot. Highly recommend this place!“
