There are so many great things and so much excellence to be found with the staff and programs at CTI. I had concerns before I joined due to weight and age, but after the first session found those to be unwarranted. Joining in late November/early December, they have worked with me to improve my overall endurance, flexibility, and strength both physically and mentally in just a few months of time. I have truly enjoyed learning the discipline of Taekwondo because the instructors are professional, considerate, and wonderful teachers who adapt and challenge me. I intend to stay with this organization for a considerably long time. I only wish I had started 30 years ago.

Training with the Colorado Taekwondo Institute has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. The instructors are highly trained and capable of individualizing training for all the needs of their students, you progress at your own pace. The suspended floors are amazing. Throughout my training I have gained balance, faster reflexes, self-confidence, and strength. I now have greater awareness of my surroundings and knowledge of self-defense. The classes are always challenging and material is taught from many different perspectives. I highly recommend giving this a try, it will change your life!
