We are only in our third week here and I have nothing but praise for this Martial Arts school. My kiddo is naturally shy with new people and the staff have been so welcoming, patient, and understanding with him. I love seeing him smile throughout class!

We love this place!! They have helped build confidence in my daughter and give her an outlet by giving her tools to work through the struggles that she was having at her new school. My daughter was being picked on and bullied by her peers in her class everyday when she started at a new school last year. Everyday she was in tears when I would pick her up about something or several things that happened that day. I was in regular communication with the teacher but the bullying continued. Love this class! If you are looking for a fun AND intense workout... this is the place to go!Update: The atmosphere here is encouraging and super friendly. You are challenged by the instructors and other members, and you will find that you will challenge yourself also. The instructors come up with new and exciting ways to make the workout go by faster and make you forget how hard you are actually working. By far the best decision I have ever made for myself.
