“So it's been maybe 2 or 3 years since I used Pro Master, and I waited this long to write a review because I wanted to see if their work holds up. And it DOES!! KNOCK WOOD!!! My HVAC hadn't been working for some time, and I honestly didn't get it fixed because I have a deep distrust of companies like this, or just about any business that you hire to do a several thousand dollar job, only to either cause more damage, be swindled out of money, or just not be satisfied by the results. Also I live in a condo, so the HVAC unit is on the roof. I was told by one company that they might have to hire a CRANE.... Do you see WHY I don't trust these people???? But I'm glad I went with Pro Master. They gave me the best quote, and were able to get the job done the same week. The crew worked all day on the job. It was a hot day, and they worked hard. There was a hitch where they didn't bring the right part for what I needed, but they got it remedied the same day. They also taught me how to install my Google Nest. They had to put in their own thermostat as my Google Nest hadn't arrived yet, but they taught me what each wire meant. Which was GOOD because when my Nest arrived, it didn't exactly address the colors that I had. There was one wire, that, if I wasn't told what it was by the Pro Master's worker, I wouldn't have known how to connect it to the Nest. All in all. They hire great, respectful, experienced workers that get the job done.“
