“What a team Leo has!!! Don't think twice about using Lions for any and all of your needs. I had a HVAC unit that wasn't working. Juan was sent to take a look and he spent many hours investigating the issue, contacting the manufacturer and his other associates for additional info on what may be causing this issue, and ended up finding out the problem without unnecessarily changing parts and charging for this problem. But their work didn't stop there. The vent cap needed to be replaced (which was on the roof of a 3 story complex) and Leo and his team worked tirelessly to amend the issue in a timely manner and ensure my unit wouldn't be damaged from upcoming to heavy rains. I cannot recommend this team enough!! They are not only fair and wonderful people to work with, but they offer their honest expertise, have amazing quality of work, and do all of this with the most outstanding customer service.“

“Cal star heating has gone beyond my expectations. They installed an 18 seer high efficiency heat pump with the best prices after receiving multiple quotes. Initially, the heat pump has been receiving errors due to the manufacturer made machine, cal star has come in right away every single time and fixed the issues. They have been extremely responsive. “Lions Heating & Air Conditioning is a very reputable company! Kim and Shelly, in the front office, quickly responded to my request repairing our leaking HVAC ducts on the flat portion of our roof. Due to the recent heavy rains, we experienced leaking, streams of water from the air vents in our house. Jorge and Carla came within two days to inspect and give an estimate of the repair. A very fair price to repair the extensive duct work was approved on site. Days later, they arrive on time and quickly began fixing and using a water based “mastic” to seal the ducts! Jorge even noticed that the “flaps” on the ducts were not locked into the proper position and fixed that for us! We highly recommend Lions Heating and Air Conditioning! “I recently obtained the services of the Lions team to clean my HVAC and ducts after reviewing a few other companies. In my initially contact I found their administrators to be very helpful, informative, and were quick to check on questions they didn't know the answer too. Their prices are competitive to the other companies I called. After getting the details I arranged an inspection, and the team of Kevin and David offered great professional advice on how to go forward (as most of my ducts have fiberglass inside, and they were the ones to identify that and mention the concerns for cleaning). Eventually I hired them for the work. Even though my first appointment had to be rescheduled because of unforeseen issues. The tech and Lions team in general provided great communication and we quickly rescheduled. When they arrived at the new appointment time both techs were incredibly helpful, professional, clean (wearing booties in the house), and provided great service. They went beyond the scope to detail clean my intake vent cover, as I hadn't noticed how weathered/dirty it became. I received pictures of the before and after of the blower and the interiror of the HVAC unit to show the work done since getting on the roof is very high. Both Kevin and David's professionalism is some of the best contractor/techs that I have experienced since living in Los Angeles. I would highly recommended considering Lions for your duct/HVAC needs.“
