“The comments are correct, Platinum repair is a different company with different ownership (I verified through the Secretary of State website). As Platinum Repair is so shady as to not have a Google business listing, that should tell you all you need to know. Platinum Repair provided terrible service to me through First American Home Warranty, took forever, and then tried to overcharge to get money out of me since the warranty wouldn't cover everything. They were trying to charge me $430 when I ended up having it done for $50. Also, please be aware they were cited in 2019 for failure to provide workers compensation insurance (source: Contractor's State License Board).“

“What a team Leo has!!! Don't think twice about using Lions for any and all of your needs. I had a HVAC unit that wasn't working. Juan was sent to take a look and he spent many hours investigating the issue, contacting the manufacturer and his other associates for additional info on what may be causing this issue, and ended up finding out the problem without unnecessarily changing parts and charging for this problem. But their work didn't stop there. The vent cap needed to be replaced (which was on the roof of a 3 story complex) and Leo and his team worked tirelessly to amend the issue in a timely manner and ensure my unit wouldn't be damaged from upcoming to heavy rains.
