His team, led by Fernando, worked quickly and efficiently, showing up on time on the day we requested. When I was informed the job would stretch into a second day, I expressed some concern about the cold night temperatures. We just had an HVAC unit replaced at another place so we knew what the pricing should be. We got three quotes. We initially were working with NexGen for our inspection but they were disorganized and also gave us a quote far above market for replacement, whereas LC Heating & Air gave us a quote in line with market. Lio was communicative, knowledgeable, and prompt. We appreciated that he gave us honest advice versus trying to upsell us. We'll be returning to him for maintenance and any HVAC needs. The process was seamless from start to finish, which is hard to ask for in Los Angeles.“

“We are working on a new construction house and wanted a certified American Standard dealer / technician to evaluate the job that had been done and the equipment we would need. Dean ( the prez) came out from Killowatt (within one hour of my phoning him) . He spent a full hour evaluating every nuance of the job / and flagged elements that turned out to be missing and critically important. He was truly knowledgeable and solved so many problems that I am truly grateful . And then he waived the nominal consulting fee we had agreed to in advance of his visit . Overall / a pretty exceptional encounter. What a pleasure to deal with someone who is not only an expert in what they do, but so generous with their time and expertise . 5 star review.“

“Last Friday evening, my ancient wall heater (at least 60 years old), which until then had been working perfectly, just stopped working. Over the next several days, I talked to many heater repair businesses - both private individuals and large companies, about possibly coming out and either repairing my old heater, or installing a new one. Not one of them would help. So we spent many days and nights using only the fireplace to keep the house livable. I finally came across ATA Heating and A/C. One phone call was all it took. The Tech I spoke to asked me to send him a photo of the heater and the area of the heater he wanted to see. It took him about 2 minutes to figure out what the problem was and told me what part I needed to fix the heater. I picked up the part he suggested, installed it and my heater is now working again. The fact he knew so much about old, may I say, antique, heater was amazing to me, but what was even more amazing was that being as busy as he was and unable to come to my house for a couple of days, he took the time to talk me through a repair so I could get my heater working ASAP. The repair that I undertook was relatively simple and since I have an extensive background in electronics and electrical circuits, it was easy for me to complete. I do not recommend that anyone without the proper knowledge and training attempt such a repair. Many Thanks to ATA Heating & A/C for their knowledge and willingness to help when literally no one else I talked to would.“
