Vigan installed a new HVAC system last summer and it is amazing, very quiet and efficient, we mistakenly reset the system, I called and he was there in an hour and reset the system and he did not charge for the service call, my wife and I trust him, he is a very nice honest man

We had a problem with our heater and called numerous places for repair. We got the run around and spent hundreds of dollars with serviceman coming in and out of our home for days on end.We finally were referred to North Air and Vigen came over.Vigen quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the replacement part and thouroughly explained everything he was doing. Within an hour our heater was working and everything was fine. No up charges, no run around and complete professionalism.Vigen is trustworthy and honest and a skilled technician. Highly recommend him to anyone.

North Air is the best Trane dealer in town! We specifically wanted a Trane HVAC system and researched a lot of companies and decided on North Air because of their responsive customer service and attention to detail. Vigen, the owner, has so much experience in the industry and answers all of your questions. He is not pushy and backs his recommendations with his expertise in the product. His team were all professionals on install day and came back to check on everything and makes sure it's running properly. Would recommend Vigen and North Air to anyone looking for a new HVAC system or needs service or just an expert in HVAC systems.
