Ruben was my plumber. He was polite and took the time to explain what he discovered after investigating why my tankless water heater wasn't producing hot water. He was more than happy to answer any subsequent questions I had regarding further maintenance. My tankless is now working, and I finally have access to hot water again. Yay!
