“My trainer Mark is fantastic! Mark really focuses on the details, tailoring my workouts perfectly. The flexibility is unreal – he goes with the flow, keeping each session exciting and enjoyable.The whole workout atmosphere is laid-back and positive, creating chill vibes. “Peter has proven "Impossible is Nothing" to me in 2023. I joined FC50 back in late March 2023, set a lofty goal of losing 20lb by year end. Nine months later not only have I lost 25lb, I have also lost 7% body fat correspondingly. That is absolutely more than what I could hope for when I walked in Peter's gym back in March 2023. And the best thing is, my elbow's pain is actually gone through Peter's work out routine and program. Though these improvements are impressive, what impresses me most is in fact Peter's patience, knowledge and creativity in helping his clients to reach our goals. I highly recommend Peter and FC50 for anyone who wants to lose weight, become healthy, gain strength and muscle. On a more personal note.....Thank you Peter, thanks to you I could hardly recognize the man whenever I look at myself in the mirror, in a good way of course. “I had never had personal training, but I needed to do something different after a couple years behind a desk. Hitting the gym in isolation was sounding tedious, and was too easy to put off.Even after 15 sessions, I am noticing a huge different in my body, flexibility, and energy levels. Aside from being a great guy, Max has a vast portfolio of exercises, stretches, rolls, and cardio to pull from. He tailors every session and constantly introduces me to movements I have never done before.The result is a super engaging workout, with a ton of compound movements mixed with new variations on conventional exercises, and a very holistic approach to balance, stability, and health. I plan to continue working with Max, but a lot of what he is teaching me will stick with me for the rest of my life.Very highly recommended.“

“The gym is for tenants of PRC, so it's not public. You register on their website and sign in at the front each visit, but there's no limit to the number of visits. They have a good selection of equipment, with some free weights, several machines, and a range of cardio equipment. The hours are a bit limited, but it's still an extremely convenient gym.“

Miguel, Taylor and the entire team could not have been kinder when I approached them about starting, and there was absolutely no judgement. Miguel sat down with me to discuss short and long term goals. They focus on the whole picture and help guide you as you set your goals. The semi-private training and one on one training is held in an inviting studio environment, and is thoughtfully personalized for each individual. Alberto (my trainer while I was there) is extremely patient and passionate about what he does. Whether you are a beginner or experienced with working out and training, the Own It Fitness team is amazing. “My daughter went to Aikido at Fremont Aikido Club which is a nonprofit organization. My daughter loved this being there. She loved her classes. She is so eager to got here every-time and come home to show what she has learned that day. It is so nice to see how the instructors inspire and teach and let the kids grow. Great place to learn.“

“I saw that Kinetic Chain had a space within SPS. So, I called Jay on Thursday and scheduled a 30-minute appointment for Saturday afternoon, just like that! Boom! I'm pretty active, lift often and heavy. But, over the past couple of months I've had pain in my right shoulder. The pain was so excruciating that I had to put down the barbell for a couple of weeks. I couldn't even complete high pulls with a 16k KB and needed help putting on a t-shirt. Thankfully, Jay helped me out. He really went deep into my back/shoulder. Was it deep/painful? Just a little bit (sniff sniff LOL). Afterwards the tightness in my shoulder was reduced. Jay also gave me some exercises to do until my next session. I only had the one session. Very happy with the results. After a few more sessions, I'm sure I'll be back in action.“

“Matt is an amazing personal trainer and has helped me drastically improve problems that have plagued me for over a decade. As a climber, I was routinely getting lower back injuries and have had chronically poor posture my whole life. Matt's approach starts with the basics and helped me retrain my body to move in a healthier and better way. I am now back to climbing and, more importantly, feel much stronger and more mobile in my everyday life. I am also now motivated to train and lift in a way that I have never been before, and this is due in huge part to the results that I have experienced working with Matt. He has helped me develop a routine and lifting schedule that fits perfectly into my life, and he is always readily available if I have questions about technique for the lifts. Matt is also a pleasure to work with and is extremely attentive and helpful during our sessions. My time with Bay Area Biomechanics has easily been one of the best investments of money and time that I have ever made for my body.“

“I went to NPTI on a whim in the fall semester of 2019. It is a 6 month 500 hour. This course prepares you to take the NASM certification and build a foundation for your fitness journey. I did not know what to expect when I started.The teachers name is Mark Bransky, who is a NASM master trainer and the educational curator for all California NPTIs. I did not know this at the time of signing up, I guess I just got lucky.The course has a 250 hour in class component and a 250 hour practical component. This benefits the student greatly because not only do you learn the book material, you also can practice it in a gym setting with a teacher. Mark will give you pointers, tips, and constructive critiques. Once a week you have a test on the book material and once a week you have a practical test, where you describe and execute different movement patterns that were learned the previous week. Another aspect of the NPTI Dublin course is the fact that you get to train real people once a week. NPTI Dublin partnered with special needs students from Dublin High school. On Thursdays they come in and students design programs based on the fitness level of their clients. They have varying physical abilities, so getting practice to program for all levels of fitness is beneficial.Some of the book material can get very monotonous and boring, but Mark does his best to keep it light, entertaining, and easily understandable. He uses power points, videos, and real life references to make dense material easier. (He really likes car references) We thought Mark should try stand up as a side career. He truly is that funny. He tends to have a darker side of humor if you’re into that.Another thing I liked about the class is the opportunity to learn as much as you want. He makes the lectures and lessons as easy as possible, but I’m inquisitive and always want to know why. He will take time either in class or after class to go as deep as one wants into the subject. He is truly the most knowledgeable person in the fitness industry that I know. There also is a full gym connected to the premises that I used to work out in after class. I usually had questions about different movement patterns and muscles that he would answer.Soooo, after that long winded review, I highly recommend NPTI. It is not cheap, around 7K, but it truly gave me a good base to start in the fitness industry. You don’t just learn exercises, stretches, and programming, but you also learn WHY you are doing those things. Mark is probably the biggest reason I recommend NPTI. Even after I graduated, I still routinely text and see him for advice and questions that I have.“

“I have been training at this dojo for 12 years, and I can confidently say that Taekwondo has had a positive impact on my life. Through the life-applicable guidance of Master T and Master Fong's engaging lessons (along with Master Brian), I have learned a variety of techniques, and along with that, I've developed a persistent mindset. In addition to the art itself, I learned about the values that are essential to daily life. Even in my life outside this art (in school or other activity), I value the tenets of Taekwondo: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. “My wife and I are current members at another F45 Studio and we were happy to find a friendly F45 nearby while visiting.Wonderful Staff and Studio!! Open-air aesthetic from the window/doors is really cool feature that provides an indoor/outdoor vibe.Special thanks to the staff for giving us a warm welcome making us feel at home.
