My wife and I are current members at another F45 Studio and we were happy to find a friendly F45 nearby while visiting.Wonderful Staff and Studio!! Open-air aesthetic from the window/doors is really cool feature that provides an indoor/outdoor vibe.Special thanks to the staff for giving us a warm welcome making us feel at home. My wife is pregnant and I also have some physical limitations so it was especially nice to have the support throughout the session.

Starting to love working out thanks to f45! All the trainers are so nice, they play the best music, the energy is high and you're in and out before even realizing you're exercising lol I recommend it to all my friends! Especially if you're not a fan of exercising but truly do want to be healthy! This is what you're looking for!

Came in for the 2 weeks trial and got hooked. Been a regular at this gym for over 3 months now. I would definitely recommend f45 to someone who is willing to spend just 45 minutes in a day for an awesome workout. The best part is, the workouts are not repeated, each day there is something new so you don't get bored. It is a mix of cardio and resistance training on alternate days.
