Peter has proven "Impossible is Nothing" to me in 2023. I joined FC50 back in late March 2023, set a lofty goal of losing 20lb by year end. Nine months later not only have I lost 25lb, I have also lost 7% body fat correspondingly. That is absolutely more than what I could hope for when I walked in Peter's gym back in March 2023. And the best thing is, my elbow's pain is actually gone through Peter's work out routine and program. Though these improvements are impressive, what impresses me most is in fact Peter's patience, knowledge and creativity in helping his clients to reach our goals. I trained at FC50 since mid/late 2022 until mid-December 2023 and have seen my strength and pain issues improve quite a bit over time. I started training with Peter and soon after with Joe with whom I continued training until the end of my association with FC50 fitness. The coaches at this gym understood my constraints and appropriately tailored the workouts to accommodate them. I've had a chronic upper back issue for a while, which sometimes got severe enough to give me trouble while sleeping or force me to take days off from work. i can't say enough about Peter. I walked in with very little strength and coordination in 2021 and have walked out a new man in 2023. Peter is extremely knowledgeable, starting me with bands and mobility exercises andnow I am lifting weights never before imaginable. I have lost fat and gained muscle, but most importantly feel 20 years younger. Between the regular sessions and the nutritional information he has changed my life. Excellent for those who have never been to a gym to experts needing further progress.
