The coaches are personable and friendly I feel like they do care about their clients. I enjoy the structure of the class and that coaches will demonstrate alternative exercises. The gym itself is clean and everyone does their part to keep it that way. I didn't know if I would like the whole group workout or partner but I've grown to like it. One of the perks is their water dispenser always so clean and cold at the end of a workout. Another cool feature is the performance 360 application where I can track my weight count per exercise and reps and for being only 1 month I am seeing some progress and also better energy levels. So to me it has been worth the investment I will continue to attend Try a free class and take advantage of first month deal and seek those gains!!“

The machines don’t matter as much as the mental motivation I need to go to a place in a routine to workout.Roger opens people up and makes his gym a small community where people hang out and workout together. This makes people want to come to the gym to workout. Even if someone’s not in the mood to work out, the community pulls them in.Roger also takes care of diet and makes sure his clients follow discipline in their routine to get the desired results. He pushes you to work out harder. Roger also makes sure his clients are happy and keeps their spirits up to keep consistency in their workouts. He’s one of the best trainers I've worked out with.“

His classes keep you on your toes and works out a lot muscle groups that you might not have considered before. Which in return helps improve your performance in other aspects. It's a great all in one gym with attention and guidance on an individual level. Definitely would be a great gym to check out if you are looking to join one with group classes that aren't too overwhelming with large crowds. The coaches are a wonderful blend of knowledge, support, encouragement, and humor. And they get to know you so they know what you're working on or what your next goal is and help you with that. The workouts vary every day and so I never get bored by doing the same routine. Although all of the coaches are great, I really appreciate all of the help from Robert in terms of accomplishing my goals. Highly recommend Fit Societie!“

Through injuries and substantial fluctuations in my strength and fitness, LivFit has been the only group workout space I can trust to truly be challenged without compromising my physical well-being. Classes are designed with a heavy focus on mobility and can be modified by knowledgeable trainers for any personal restrictions you may have. The workouts can also be scaled to your liking, meaning everyone in the class (no matter your age, fitness level, or physical health status) can feel like they got their a** kicked by the same workout structure. For me, it has been the perfect way to push myself to MY limits without exceeding them and putting myself at risk of another injury. As for Personal Training, I've had the pleasure of working with Scott on strength training as well as injury recovery + prevention. He is THE man. As a collegiate athlete, I had the opportunity to work with many high level trainers at multiple schools. Nobody came close to touching the comprehensive consideration I've experienced at Fit Societe. Scott helped me cover all my bases from nutrition, to mobility routines, to strength and cardio workouts that I attribute as the main reason I was able to recover from injuries and play collegiate sports. Highly recommend to anyone who is considering personal training to meet and exceed their fitness and/or recovery goals.“

A good friend recommended me to HealCove, and I'm so glad I took the suggestion. I started working with Dr. Tim, and it's been a fantastic experience. He used to be a personal trainer, so we have a lot to talk about, and I'm always eager to learn more about anatomy during our sessions. Dr. Tim is always happy to share his knowledge, which makes each session not only healing but also educational. I've struggled with upper thoracic scoliosis, chronic knee pain, and overuse injuries from weight lifting. I was a bit nervous about getting my spine adjusted, especially since it had been years since I last visited a chiropractor. However, after just two sessions, my body adjusted to the treatment, and now my spine cracks easily with everyday movements. I'm grateful to have found HealCove and Dr. Tim, who are committed to understanding my body and helping me heal. Just one piece of advice to other clients: DO YOUR STRETCHES! PS. The whole office space is stunning and I love the rolly spine tables or whatever they're called. They basically warm you up for adjustments before your session. The tea, artwork, smell, the cute doggies... everything about this place is beautiful. I'd apply to work here if it wasn't so far from me! And I come from Oceanside, so that's how you know how great I think this place is.“

1069 Graves Ave #104, El Cajon“Thanks to Melissa at Optimum Condition, the exercise program she designed for me has paid off. I had a bone scan sometime ago and I there's good news from my doctor. He said I don't have to go back on the medication I was taking to prevent osteoporosis. in fact, there's been an improvement in my hip and lower back. I had been taking a medication that I was told I would be on for the rest of my life because of my weak bones. But the exercising has helped me build muscle and strengthen my bones, so now I'm off the medication. Some years ago, I had a stroke. Melissa designed a program that has helped me in my rehabilitation, and improve my strength and balance. She understands how the body works and how it can repair itself, which has been the case with my weak bones. I'm very grateful to her“

There are not enough accolades in my vocabulary to sufficiently describe just how incredible of a person she is. Michele is very knowledgeable about the body and how our muscles affect our movements. She incorporates Pilates and yoga with her workouts and has great equipment and weights to add to the mix. It’s always a thorough workout. She is an encyclopedia of exercises and has the ability to zero-in on the best exercises for my fitness which many times reveals my many weak spots as well!! If I can’t do an exercise, Michele breaks it down or modifies it for me so I can still work that particular area. What I know and what I’ve witnessed is that Michele is committed to improving everyone’s physical fitness no matter what their fitness level or age is. She is very supportive and encouraging, and I am proof that what she teaches works like magic! I have never been in better physical shape. I am so grateful that I have Michele in my life.“

Brian is very meticulous with setting up his daily workout plans and nutrition plans. He carefully researches and plans the best workouts for your body type/fitness level and builds a meal plan based on that goal. Brian’s also a hell of a coach. He knows how to get the best out of you and will push you during that hour you’re with him. I recommend Brian to anyone whose looking to get lose a couple of lbs, trains for an athletic event, or has some lifestyle change goals to achieve. Thanks again for all you do Brian.
