“I recently joined P360 La mesa and have really enjoyed attending classes on a regular basis. The coaches are personable and friendly I feel like they do care about their clients. I enjoy the structure of the class and that coaches will demonstrate alternative exercises. The gym itself is clean and everyone does their part to keep it that way. I didn't know if I would like the whole group workout or partner but I've grown to like it. One of the perks is their water dispenser always so clean and cold at the end of a workout. Another cool feature is the performance 360 application where I can track my weight count per exercise and reps and for being only 1 month I am seeing some progress and also better energy levels. “I have been coming to Fit Societe for LivFit and Personal Training for a number of years now. Through injuries and substantial fluctuations in my strength and fitness, LivFit has been the only group workout space I can trust to truly be challenged without compromising my physical well-being. Classes are designed with a heavy focus on mobility and can be modified by knowledgeable trainers for any personal restrictions you may have. The workouts can also be scaled to your liking, meaning everyone in the class (no matter your age, fitness level, or physical health status) can feel like they got their a** kicked by the same workout structure. For me, it has been the perfect way to push myself to MY limits without exceeding them and putting myself at risk of another injury. As for Personal Training, I've had the pleasure of working with Scott on strength training as well as injury recovery + prevention. He is THE man. As a collegiate athlete, I had the opportunity to work with many high level trainers at multiple schools. Nobody came close to touching the comprehensive consideration I've experienced at Fit Societe. Scott helped me cover all my bases from nutrition, to mobility routines, to strength and cardio workouts that I attribute as the main reason I was able to recover from injuries and play collegiate sports. “I've worked out and run for the past 20 years. I've been a member of a number of different gyms and fitness programs and this is by far the best I've ever participated in. The coaches are a wonderful blend of knowledge, support, encouragement, and humor. And they get to know you so they know what you're working on or what your next goal is and help you with that. “Thanks to Melissa at Optimum Condition, the exercise program she designed for me has paid off. I had a bone scan sometime ago and I there's good news from my doctor. He said I don't have to go back on the medication I was taking to prevent osteoporosis. in fact, there's been an improvement in my hip and lower back. I had been taking a medication that I was told I would be on for the rest of my life because of my weak bones. But the exercising has helped me build muscle and strengthen my bones, so now I'm off the medication. Some years ago, I had a stroke. Melissa designed a program that has helped me in my rehabilitation, and improve my strength and balance. “I love working out here with Tony. These workouts are unlike anything I've done before. I've worked out regularly for the last 12 years. I always did a mix of cardio and weight lifting and I thought I was in pretty good shape. Tony rocked my fitness world! I'm happy to say that my energy has increased through the roof. I'm not tired at the end of the day at work and I can do a full day of projects at home without getting totally drained. What you can expect here is a personalized workout plan based on your individual needs. If you are a beginner that's perfect, there are always five or six new moms from cheer who are starting workouts with Tony after years of inactivity.
