Fit Societe is the best fitness program in San Diego, and the best fitness program I have ever attended. The coaches are all extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. Each workout feels like a session with a personal trainer due to the coaching they provide, and they have multiple classes a day so you can workout when it works best for you. It's also super affordable and unmatched in the value it provides it's members. The facilities are clean and well equipped. Scott Ryan is one of the finest coaches I've ever met. If you want to get stronger, this is the place! No matter if it's running, lifting, swimming, tri, general health, or getting that extra edge, Scott and his team will get you fitter so you can achieve your goals. Scott provides lots of personal attention and stresses quality, technique, form to get you where you want to go. The classes are the best in San Diego. All the instructors are certified and really know how to teach and tailor workouts to individual needs. Highly recommended!

I've been working out at gyms for the past 20 years. I've changed gyms over time for one reason or another. That was before I found Fit Societe. The best things about Fit Societe are the coaches, the variety of workouts, and small classes. I feel like I'm working with a personal coach every time I go to a class. The classes are upbeat and fun and at the same time rigorous and challenging. I'm never bored. I'm always motivated. I will be a member for as long as I can lift weights and move my feet. And I hope Scott will be in charge for as long as I'm a member. He's the best!
