“I like using this 24 hour gym at odd times like at night or in the early morning. It doesn't have an amazing selection of equipment but it has all of the essentials and everything is in good condition. At night it's not very busy so you can do the workout you intended without hot swapping with someone. The showers are spacious and clean. There's a filtered water bottle refill station. Lots of kettlebells, dumbbells and other free weights. Definitely the place for getting after it at 0400!“

“I love working out here with Tony. These workouts are unlike anything I've done before. I've worked out regularly for the last 12 years. I always did a mix of cardio and weight lifting and I thought I was in pretty good shape. Tony rocked my fitness world! I'm happy to say that my energy has increased through the roof. I'm not tired at the end of the day at work and I can do a full day of projects at home without getting totally drained. What you can expect here is a personalized workout plan based on your individual needs. If you are a beginner that's perfect, there are always five or six new moms from cheer who are starting workouts with Tony after years of inactivity. I truly believe that Tony is dedicated to getting his clients exactly where their fitness goals are, and he has the know how to make it happen. Tony used to be the conditioning coach for the Chicago Bulls basketball team so he knows his stuff. I also see lots of high school and college athletes here who are conditioning to become top athletes in the city and the country. Come see Tony!“

“This place deserves 10 ⭐️? I came to Sports Performance due to a shoulder pain. Ive been so hesitant to get it checked bec I know that the doctor will just tell me to stop working out and if I do, i will be very miserable. I met Dr Jason here who is an awesome PT and is very knowledgable and who really care for his patients. My shoulder pain was gone already after 4 PT sessions with him. And the best part? I didnt have to stop working out! Im still at the gym 4-5x a week? I always feel like a brand new person whenever I come here lol. All the staff are very nice, very welcoming, and always have a smile on their face. Whenever I hear someone from my gym having pain I would always recommend them to go at Sports Performance. Best place for Physical Therapy!“

He’s extremely knowledgeable in realistic street self defense and weapons tactics, and explains the science and history behind his teachings. “I've worked out and run for the past 20 years. I've been a member of a number of different gyms and fitness programs and this is by far the best I've ever participated in. The coaches are a wonderful blend of knowledge, support, encouragement, and humor. And they get to know you so they know what you're working on or what your next goal is and help you with that. The workouts vary every day and so I never get bored by doing the same routine. Although all of the coaches are great, I really appreciate all of the help from Robert in terms of accomplishing my goals. Highly recommend Fit Societie!“

“Jason is a great instructor. His classes work full body but still incorporates a lot of weight training. His programs are challenging but they have the perfect blend of weights, mobility & conditioning/cardio. I came to this gym with carpal tunnel from pregnancy/postpartum and a lot of his mobility/stick training helped me recover within first few months. His classes keep you on your toes and works out a lot muscle groups that you might not have considered before. Which in return helps improve your performance in other aspects. It's a great all in one gym with attention and guidance on an individual level. Definitely would be a great gym to check out if you are looking to join one with group classes that aren't too overwhelming with large crowds. That was what attracted me to check out infinite fitness in the first place. You really get to know everybody in the gym as well. It's a great place with great people who keep you motivated and accountable.“

“I’ve been training with Brian and Lehner fitness for close to a year. In that year I’ve dropped nearly 30lbs and lost 5-7% on my body fat. Brian is very meticulous with setting up his daily workout plans and nutrition plans. He carefully researches and plans the best workouts for your body type/fitness level and builds a meal plan based on that goal. Brian’s also a hell of a coach. He knows how to get the best out of you and will push you during that hour you’re with him. I recommend Brian to anyone whose looking to get lose a couple of lbs, trains for an athletic event, or has some lifestyle change goals to achieve. Thanks again for all you do Brian. “I was searching for a good gym during/after Covid. The gym I was going to a X-fit gym and at first did cross training and circuit training but it was temporary and it went back to offering just X-fit training with the lifting of giant tires, heavy deadlifts,snatches etc..... well it didn't fit my needs. At 60, I don't need to lift monstrous weights or lift giant tires!!! I scanned the web and found Dennis at Wellness Studios of Santee. He explained his group and private lessons to me. I had to try it. Dennis is a godsend, his HIIT is just what I needed and fits perfectly for my health needs. Dennis is intelligent, patient and shows all the right techniques and mix of exercises to help me build strength N endurance!!! Ive lost 12lbs so far and been going for a while now and each time is a different mixed set of HIIT WORKOUTS!! Can't be more pleased with Dennis!!!“

“I've purchased training sessions as gifts for others in the past through Groupon, and glad I decided to go for it myself to see what it's all about. Joe & Chyna are the trainers - I'm currently training with Chyna, and she's great! She demonstrates how a particular exercise needs to be done, she helps you with your form, how to breathe, and pushes you to complete the exercise when you're struggling towards the end. She told me about BCAAs for muscle recovery (best thing ever!) and is knowledgeable when it comes to the foods you need to eat that are specific to your goals. I finished 7 of my 10 sessions, and while getting up to train at 5:30am is a struggle, I'm always glad I showed up for myself when the session is over. I definitely need to figure out how to work these sessions into my budget when my Groupon is done so I don't lose momentum. Two thumbs up!!“

“The staff is cool, good attitudes and are welcoming. Interactions with staff are usually very minimal unless youre checking in or leaving. It is pretty big and has lot of machines and free weights. 2 squat racks 4 to 5 bench press stations. Hella treadmills. Free weights go up to 100 lb dumbbells. Upstairs has turf with some weights and kettle bells. Down stairs dance area for classes and goth chicks. My wife goes here to and likes it also. Definitely recommend“

I come to a gym to get my workout in and enjoy the energy the gym brings . The minute you walk into this gym location the two young ladies are full of smiles and laughter . How can you have a bad workout when you are greeted with such excitement from a staff member. The gym is always clean every time I've been here . I just want to say things for always showing everyone what ever stage your journey is in that you aren't judging.“
