I have been doing personal training at Envision since November of 2023 in the evenings with Marla.I have to say.. it is excellent. Marla truly cares about getting results for her clients. She stops at nothing to help each of us attain those results.The community at Envision is STRONG. There is a wide variety of people there. Runners, weekend warriors, and lifters have f all levels. There are those whose goals are to perform at peak level in their athletic endeavor. There are those who just want to get into decent shape, and there are those who supplement their other athletic interests with Envision. I’ve been going to the Strength classes here since January first. I can’t believe how good I feel! I’ve never been a gym person, so I was a little intimidated to get started, but there are all levels of people and everyone is so nice. The way the classes are set up, we are all able to work out together and everyone gets challenged.The classes are also fun, so the hour flys by. My dad said to me the other day, “you are moving differently.” That’s a GOOD thing! I’m getting strong!

I LOVE THIS GYM>>>IF YOU WANT RESULTS ASK FOR MARLA. The facility is always clean. The staff is super friendly and its a great location just off the freeway. Marla is my personal trainer and she has high energy, she is always organized and she keeps me accountable. You have to check out this gym if you are looking for change in your health and fitness routine. 10 STARS
