Ive been so hesitant to get it checked bec I know that the doctor will just tell me to stop working out and if I do, i will be very miserable. I met Dr Jason here who is an awesome PT and is very knowledgable and who really care for his patients. My shoulder pain was gone already after 4 PT sessions with him. And the best part? I didnt have to stop working out! Im still at the gym 4-5x a week? I always feel like a brand new person whenever I come here lol. All the staff are very nice, very welcoming, and always have a smile on their face. Whenever I hear someone from my gym having pain I would always recommend them to go at Sports Performance. Best place for Physical Therapy!“

1069 Arroyo Dr, Chula Vista“Wow wow wow! I am so happy with Ryan. He has pushed me to be stronger and better mentally & physically. He always pushes me without being the harsh bootcamp coach. He’s mindful of any injuries and pain that I have in my body and will even do some physical therapy. I’ve seen great results within 3mo of training with him and always get compliments on how fit I am. It is all thanks to Ryan!! He really works with your body type and focuses on what you want to achieve. He’s very knowledgeable with anatomy and how the body works which is always insightful. I feel like I always learn something new when I train with him. He’s also friendly, fun and his energy is great! I recommend him to all my friends and will 100% recommend to anyone who is serious about feeling and looking better!“

She's completely attentive, not once have I injured myself by her instruction. Based on her knowledge and care, she has me lift the right amount of weight and her stretch instructions are ideal. I feel completely taken care of with her and finding her has been one of the best things that's ever happened to me. No one I'd rather be on this weight loss journey with :)“

Brian is very meticulous with setting up his daily workout plans and nutrition plans. He carefully researches and plans the best workouts for your body type/fitness level and builds a meal plan based on that goal. Brian’s also a hell of a coach. He knows how to get the best out of you and will push you during that hour you’re with him. I recommend Brian to anyone whose looking to get lose a couple of lbs, trains for an athletic event, or has some lifestyle change goals to achieve. Thanks again for all you do Brian. 320 3rd Ave, Chula Vista“The Gym is located in downtown Chula Vista and has all the machines and equipments to cater to your type of training from free weights, squat racks, machines, treadmills, stair masters, air assault and recumbent bikes, and a section for functional training.Parking will be a challenge during busy times and the gym does get packed.A few suggestions to management: instill the common gym etiquette to members of allowing members to work in and share a station during busy times. Some members aren’t aware of this common courtesy. It should let members come in, work out, then go about their day instead of waiting around ruining the experience and workout schedule.“
