F45 is a great gym with knowledgeable staff & a non-judgmental environment. I think it’s really fun that there are people working out at all different phases of their fitness journey here.

This place has been one of the most inviting fitness environments I've ever encountered. There's people who are amateurs and some who are pros, but the coaches are the ones who make it worth it. Marla is an awesome coach who is very supportive and encourages you to keep going! Will be coming back!

As a member who started during the pandemic and was forced to stop due to pregnancy related issues, I was both nervous and excited to start back up my health and fitness journey after having a baby. However Marla made me feel at ease the moment I first stepped into the studio for the first time in a long time! She made me feel comfortable and continued to reassure and encourage me that I would be able to get back on track with my goals. And I did! Thanks to her!
