The coaches are personable and friendly I feel like they do care about their clients. I enjoy the structure of the class and that coaches will demonstrate alternative exercises. The gym itself is clean and everyone does their part to keep it that way. I didn't know if I would like the whole group workout or partner but I've grown to like it. One of the perks is their water dispenser always so clean and cold at the end of a workout. Another cool feature is the performance 360 application where I can track my weight count per exercise and reps and for being only 1 month I am seeing some progress and also better energy levels. So to me it has been worth the investment I will continue to attend Try a free class and take advantage of first month deal and seek those gains!!“

I don't think I could have done it without the great coaches who have helped me get back into shape.“

I chose the group sessions and there was never more than 4 other people. The gym also has recovery equipment like an ice bath and other tools to help when clients come in with injuries.“

8491 Fletcher Pkwy, La Mesa“I’ve been going to Fit Societe in Kearny Mesa as my main location since it’s closer to my house/work but on weekends I make it out to the La Mesa facility for Saturday morning class with Scott. It’s the same great experience just a different venue!
These classes can be progressed/regressed to whatever your current level is so everyone can benefit and get an appropriate workout from taking a class. And you’re guided by extremely professional and knowledgeable coaches along the way (shoutout Bobbi and Scott). I’ve only been a remember for a little less than a month but I’ve already picked up so many little form tips that I was completely unaware of.
You can tell the coaches genuinely care and want to help so you definitely feel like you’re in good hands. The other members also will cheer you on, we all realize we’re working toward a similar goal. It’s an incredible support system and very encouraging.
I wish I knew about Fit Societe years ago, but as the saying goes: the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, the next best time is today!“

Kevin patiently worked with me to assess my baseline and pain points and over the last 3 years has helped me build up my strength and muscles to alleviate the back pain. I appreciate his attention to appropriate form and he will immediate address and correct during each exercise. Our main goal has been pain-free movement and I'm happy to report that I've never felt better!“

His classes keep you on your toes and works out a lot muscle groups that you might not have considered before. Which in return helps improve your performance in other aspects. It's a great all in one gym with attention and guidance on an individual level. Definitely would be a great gym to check out if you are looking to join one with group classes that aren't too overwhelming with large crowds. It's a great place with great people who keep you motivated and accountable.“

He said I don't have to go back on the medication I was taking to prevent osteoporosis. in fact, there's been an improvement in my hip and lower back. I had been taking a medication that I was told I would be on for the rest of my life because of my weak bones. But the exercising has helped me build muscle and strengthen my bones, so now I'm off the medication. Some years ago, I had a stroke. Melissa designed a program that has helped me in my rehabilitation, and improve my strength and balance. She understands how the body works and how it can repair itself, which has been the case with my weak bones. I'm very grateful to her“

I always did a mix of cardio and weight lifting and I thought I was in pretty good shape. Tony rocked my fitness world! I'm happy to say that my energy has increased through the roof. I'm not tired at the end of the day at work and I can do a full day of projects at home without getting totally drained. What you can expect here is a personalized workout plan based on your individual needs. If you are a beginner that's perfect, there are always five or six new moms from cheer who are starting workouts with Tony after years of inactivity. I truly believe that Tony is dedicated to getting his clients exactly where their fitness goals are, and he has the know how to make it happen. Tony used to be the conditioning coach for the Chicago Bulls basketball team so he knows his stuff. I also see lots of high school and college athletes here who are conditioning to become top athletes in the city and the country. Come see Tony!“
“I was looking to get back into a workout routine and needed some accountability and motivation. Going to the gym got boring, and now I know it was because I really never explored other exercises/forms of workout outside of the treadmill. After just my first class, I learned so many new exercises that can easily be done at home. Just 6 classes in, I've noticed a difference in my strength and ability. Matt does a really good job pushing you and gradually increasing the level of difficulty each class. What's also great is that Matt ensures that you have proper technique when doing each exercise (ie the proper push-up, this whole time I thought I was doing it right...). I can also easily take many of the workouts and replicate it at home, and get a very similar workout. I promise you, Matt will introduce you to new muscles you never knew existed! The hour of class goes by so fast and next thing you know you're more than half way through! Matt is a great personal trainer - very knowledgeable and personable! I'm happy to have found a trainer that I enjoy working with!“
