For example, how structured gel builder is different from gel, what the benefit is, just more info in general. 2. Some technicians speak ESL, which may make communicating detailed requests or your questions more challenging. There is always someone there to help them with translation, but obviously it's not as seamless as 1-1 communication. Overall, it's a no brainer for me. My go to for nails every time.
Honestly the best service ever. Tatiana made me feel so comfortable during my full body lymphatic drainage that i almost fell asleep. I saw immediate result on my body. Half my cellulite disappeared with one session. Will be returning to remove all of my cellulite and to continue toning my body with her!

She took the time to go over everything with me and even sent me pics of her work before my first appt. She always makes sure you’re comfortable and with her gentle touch you’ll for sure fall asleep! I found this place via Groupon as I had been looking for a place that does back facials.. yes back facials. I booked my appointment and Sheetal was very responsive and even sent a reminder and then sent me the directions. I'm not sure why the other reviewer had issues finding the place. The address is for Sola Salon, which concept I like as it allows beauticians/hairdressers/ and other places a private space for just the client and business. I had a little allergic rash on my lower back so she just steamed that and didn't want to put anything to exacerbate that. Sheetal tells you what she is doing and what she is applying and what it is for. She also give a good massage too. She very hygienic and wears gloves through out the process. My back felt refreshed and smother and softer after this treatment. I decided to also make an future appointment for a facial as it's been ages. She said to text her and she would also give me a groupon price. Don't book through the groupon because they take a percentage. I came a few days later for the facial. Again, walking through the process. She also had noticed dry and dead skin cells and recommended microabrasion. It was an added service but I knew I had since it been 2 years since I had a facial and I generally just use soap to wash my face. Great service. Also, she prefers cash but I'm sure you can pay otherways. She also gave me some samples and if I like can purchase at Ulta or through her. It's been a couple days and my face feels wonderful. Her vibe is also good, just very relaxing. Give her a try if you are on the lookout for a new esthetician.

I found Vicky's lovely salon thru a simple Google Search. Immediately I was drawn to the fact that she owns her private suite. As a woman dealing with hair thinning and hair loss, the idea of me going to a salon with multiple chairs in it make it's unsettling as I am overly aware of the hair issue I have. Vicky not only made me feel comfortable and seen about my issue but she gave me so much knowledge and advice on how to maintain the hair I already have and make it as healthy as can be. she introduced me to the Kevin Murphy hair brand and gave me step by step tutorials on how to use these in order for me to maximize the benefit of these products. I booked an appointment for my partner and before the cut was even over, I received a text saying "this is the most legit haircut experience I've ever had". An intimate setting, one on one, relaxing. He does an essential oil hot steam towel AND a massage gun on the shoulders and face massage. For the same rate people charge without those services. The fade cut looks amazing. The professionalism and experience of this one time alone already has us rebooking. Well deserved tip as the effort was very much appreciated. (Especially after being ripped off and scammed by a barber from Hayward)

I visited Tips N Toes Spa for the first time today. Cute place! Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Really friendly, caring and efficient staff and accommodating for special requests. Positive vibe! I received a gel mani and pedi and I'm so glad I found this place. Also, they have SO many available colors!! If you are looking for a new nail salon, as I was looking for something new, you won't be disappointed here. Give them a try!
Nancy did a great job and had a lot of attention to detail. I appreciated that she was gentle and didn’t cut the cuticles too much. One or two nails did have some tiny bubbles and my thumbs nails were slightly different lengths. However, if you’re not a perfectionist this place is great. A perk was that she also fixed my broken nail with an acrylic and put a strengthening base on another nail that was cracking! Overall I had a good experience, one of the better nail salons in Danville/San Ramon.

First timer with no appointment I was welcomed also didn't feel uncomfortable being serviced with my 3month old , you can tell this is a clientele service place ,service was great very clean and wasn't rushed , I paid $60 for gel French pedicure , would recommend , would also suggest making an appointment they did get busy while being serviced by their regulars

6 years ago I searched for a hairstylist that colors hair that actually lasts and doesn't turn a weird shade of orange/red. Thank heavens I found Effie! I never tire of people telling me "I love your hair color!" Her talents don't stop there - she's also a great stylist. To have both talents combined makes everyday a good hair day.

Great experience. We did manicure for my girls . The front receptionist does warm welcome and helped my kids selecting the colors . The manicure was done perfectly and they definitely make sure the customers are satisfied. My kids loved it and would definitely recommend this salon .
I found a great deal on cryoskin treatment through an ad on Instagram and decided to book an appointment. Kerian quickly followed up with a phone call and a text introducing herself (I was impressed). After a quick chat I felt comfortable with Kerian. The place is decorated so cute and girly! Pink and white with adorable little touches that make you feel right at home. I had a total of 6 treatments and love the outcome! No pain, discomfort or downtime! I had a leak at my home for 3 days and gave up trying to find it. I hired "Magnificent Plumbing & Rooter" to help me find the leak, and Renee who came out was able to find the leak in a matter of minutes. He is super nice and taught me things to look for, and provided professional recommendations on how to prevent it in the future. Our home was struggling with very unstable temperature of water flow in all of our showers for almost 2 weeks. The water was getting colder. Finding the right plumber could be difficult especially when some companies want to charge a diagnosis fee right away. So I had to research more carefully when deciding which plumbing companies to ask. My neighbor had the same issue and recommended Vincent of VIP Plumbing. His company offered free quotes. We spoke on Sunday and he was able to fit me in his schedule the next day. He txted me within the 2 hr window he gave me and arrived before the window ended. Vince immediately knew what the issue was beyond the faulty check valve, he identified that my thermal expansion tank was also broken. He had both parts in his truck so I didn't have to wait for him to come back another day. I also asked him to service our water heater since we never had any official services before. He took about an hr for everything. Left the area clean & tidy before departure. Now we have our hot water back and functioning. I will contact him again for future services. He definitely knows Rinnai tankless water heaters. What a lifesaver! Thanks again. His pricing is comparable to other plumbers with Rinnai expertise claims. I think what set him apart was his availability and he wasn't pushy. Best way to contact him is to call him directly or txt him.

Arranged to have Tr-Valley maintain my tankless water heater again. Dennis, the owner, was right on time and got to work right away. Flushing and changing the filter on a regular basis prolongs the life of the heater. Dennis is personable and technically proficient. Tri-Valley is a sole proprietorship business with a strong sense of pride in their work. The work place is left clean and the job only took 45 minutes. Dennis is full service plumber from small to large jobs and he has done other plumbing work for us over the years. Making an appointment is easy by leaving a message and he calls you back usually in 24 hours. You cannot go wrong with Tri-Valley Plumbing.

Very professional and excellent service done by Mr Sarkany of Snell Electric. No beating around the bush , he explained to us what needed to be done when we needed a new converter box. We appreciate him coming over all the way from the East Bay to the Peninsula at such short notice. Set up a temp fix while waiting for the necessary permits and had the new converter box in place quick when they were issued. We purchased our first home in April 2022. Built in 1976, it came with a long Inspection List of To Do's. Electrical upgrade work was of major importance to us prior to moving in. Andrew with Adrium is a true professional. I initially contacted him via Thumbtack along with 2 other business late at night to get the process going. He replied early the next day and I was fortunate in that he could come by to diagnose the problem with my broken GE double oven that same day. He checked the error code and did some testing and went back to his office to review the necessary parts he would order. He gave me a game plan of ordering some extra parts in case there were multiple problems and said he would only use the necessary parts and charge labor based on what was used. He is prompt, professional and clear about what he'll be doing. I will definitely use Adrium again if I have problems with other appliances in my home.
Story is much too long - basically, washer stopped working properly.I attempted to have 2 other companies repair, no luck.Reached out to Volta late morning today (Sat). Was able to have technician show up w/in 90 mins (wow!)Dave is a godsend!! Listened to what my issues were, then got right to work. I can not thank the guys at AM/PM Locksmith for their help! The remote key for my Jeep Cherokee didn't work, and a new or replacement key will cost approximately $300 at the dealership. I often drive by the shop on my way home from work and decided to drop in to see if they fix my key. On the spot, one of the guys said he can create a new key for my car in 10 minutes for $150. He created a new key that work perfectly! I highly recommend AM/PM Locksmith for key services!!
They let me know where they were at all times because I wanted my car unlocked on a Saturday when there was a lot of traffic. Service was prompt and straightforward once they arrived. 10/10.
They showed up on time, same day as I called. Carpet is looking new again. We also had a very bad spot where our large dog had an accident in the house and left a bad odor and large spot. He’s was the only guy who could get the stain up by using a subfloor extraction instead just using a wand like most cleaners

Darold and his crew were fantastic. We have had many floor companies over the years work on our office and Darold went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. We were able to quickly pick out a perfect floor to use in our office from his large selection.During install they took pre pictures of the office to make sure we were ready to re-open on monday and everything was put back in its place. They worked within our strict weekend time constraint without any issues. The crew were all so welcoming and did a fantastic job. They tarped EVERYTHING so there was no excess dirt and dust. They repainted baseboards and walls so the office looked even better than how they found it. I was SO IMPRESSED. We will definitely be using them again because not only did they do a wonderful job but the customer service was TOP NOTCH.Pricing was also fair and honest and a great value for what they provide.

Agree with the previous 5 reviews! We recently used Scott for a remodel. I feel like we did some of everything- plumbing, electrical, flooring, stucco, texture, paint, counters/tile, cabinets, etc. Scott and his team were great! They did quality work and the work was done timely. It was clear that the sub contractors he uses respect him and liked working with him so he was able to get us on their schedule to prevent significant downtime during our construction and any issues (all of which were minor) were resolved timely and to our satisfaction. Scott was responsive throughout the job. The quote he provided in the beginning was comprehensive and thorough meaning we didn't run into a bunch of unforeseen/extra/hidden costs. Scott made helpful suggestions on the construction plans that made all the difference and resulted in the the remodel turning out even better than we expected.
I really appreciate Mary & Matt for the honest communication and work they did replacing three fiber glass doors at my property. Took a few weeks to get scheduled, but they came and installed in all in one day. I'm really happy how the new doors are working. I saved some money painting the doors myself.

Dana Lund Landscaping did an absolutely fantastic job with our landscaping remodel. We had both the front and back yard completely changed with a focus on reducing our lawn area and increasing our planting areas. The design process was very collaborative and creative. The scope included both soft scaping for plants and hard scaping for walkways and patio area. Frans was our principle contact and he has a fantastic knowledge of plants and helped select the right plants to place according to our liking and appropriate to the sun, soil, and environmental conditions. Also a key point is that they had their team on the job every day from the day-one start to the end of the job with no gaps or delays. Every day they showed up on time / even early, and worked a full day without fail. If you are considering landscaping work I recommend them highly.
OMG! This company is the best. They have an excellent representative (Ron). I can't say enough about his professionalism. He is honest as the day is long and delivers on his promises. I had multiple quotes with other companies...and when we were finished going over the job I knew without a doubt that they were leaving out portion of the "scope of work" that I would have paid extra for at the end of the job. Ron's quote was simple and at the end of the day the results were frigging amazing. Far better that I ever could have expected. Alonso and his crew worked their tail off, to make my job what I would consider the envy of the neighborhood. I am so impressed that they are going to do additional work around the pool area and pool access walk way. AG & Associates remodeled both my front and back yards in the spring and we have been thoroughly enjoying both spaces this past summer. I am extremely pleased with their craftsmanship, quality of work, and attention to detail. Their crews are experienced, friendly, and thorough and did a great job of communicating the work being done at each stage of the project. I enthusiastically recommend them for anyone looking to beautify their home.I started working with their designer to draft detailed plans that captured my vision for each area. He has decades of experience and provided excellent advice on landscaping, hardscape materials, and city ordinances. He showed me completed projects of his other clients and recommended trusted vendors and brands. After the plans were completed and materials selected, AG began the removal of all the existing concrete and landscaping. Next, the drainage was installed and grading completed. The crews worked fast and completed this phase smoothly.I was also working with two other contractors to refinish my existing pool and install an adjustable, louvred patio cover and we all worked together to coordinate efforts and ensure proper execution. The pavers and the hardscape in the front yard were completed first with only the landscaping remaining. The pavers, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, patio cover, and pool refinishing were all done next. Finally, the landscaping in the front and back were completed. After living with the yard for a few months, I am very pleased with the all of the design elements and construction details that were chosen. For example, we decided to install the hot tub in a sunken concrete vault with drainage for easy entry/exit and we are very happy with it. Also, the craftsmanship and high quality of work on the outdoor kitchen and fireplace shine through every time I use them.My family and I couldn't be happier with our new front and back yards and we are looking forward to making memories in them for many years to come.
As recommended by our neighbor, we contacted Larry and his company, Eastrock Landscape, for an estimate. Larry replied almost immediately and came over to view the work needed. He took the time to walk through all the areas needing work. Within days, Larry produced an estimate which we agreed upon. Eastrock Landscape was able to start the work days later. The crew arrived each day on time and they finished the work in five business days. Larry would come out to check on the work and to insure it was being done accordingly. Lol, Larry was part of the crew as he had to make several trips to tow and drop off trailers of gravel and soil. The crew worked efficiently and the foreman stayed on top of the communication during entire process. They cleaned up at the end of each day. The completed work is exactly what we wanted. Had a small project that other service providers doing pavers wouldn't take. Mr. Paver was glad to have the business. Several Travertine Pavers around the pool's skimmer basket had sunken and were allowing rain water to pool worsening the sinking of surrounding pavers. Phoned on Wednesday to set up an estimate on Thursday, work was scheduled for Friday 8am-10am. The estimator, Matt, who came Thursday afternoon, assured me there wasn't anything structural or serious going on. He said pavers around the skimmer basket tend to sink after pool construction (2017) in 3-4 years. He said I was lucky to have gotten almost 7 years with barely noticeable paver sinking. Matt noticed some other sunken pavers around the enclosing fence's gate and said his crew would take care of those as part of the job. The job was small enough to remain in Mr. Paver's very affordable minimum price quote. The crew of 2 arrived right at 8am on Friday (today) and got to work on removing the sunken pavers, preparing the ground under them, tamping the sand and clay material down to level it and placing the same pavers that were removed back in place. No breakage at all. Took about 2 hours for the entire job which included fixing some other sunken pavers around the pool enclosing fence's gate. Work site clean-up concluded the job ..... and no sand or other material got into the pool!!! Great local company with a focus on ethics, affordable pricing and quality work.

Great Chiropractic office, location is convenient right off the freeway, staff as friendly really got to know my husband and I. Care we received was great, I looked forward to getting adjusted. Unfortunately, we no longer receive care due to the office no longer take Kaiser insurance. If ever do start taking Kaiser again, we will come back. They have a low cost plan for those who want to pay out of pocket.

She even figured out why I was having leg numbness when highly acclaimed pain management doctors could not, despite their extensive diagnostic testing. I had never seen a chiropractor before becoming a mom. After I had my baby, I developed an awful ulnar nerve issue about 3-4 weeks postpartum that would cause my arms and hands to be numb, tingly, and like I almost couldn't feel my fingers anymore. Imagine how inconvenient (and scary) this is to a new mom. It was very likely due to breastfeeding and holding my baby in the same position for so long. I went to PT a few times and it did nothing for me and I felt like my PT didn't REALLY listen to me. My lactation consultant said she recommended I try John, the only chiropractor she ever trusted. I was skeptical but desperate and willing to try anything. (My PT tried to tell me not to go see a chiropractor so newly postpartum because of shifting hormones and yada yada yada.) Well, ONE visit to John fixed me. I kid you not, by the time I was driving away from his office I could feel my fingers again. I was blown away. And I never went back to that PT!! I do wish sometimes he had appointments but the drop in does work pretty quickly for me too and he's fast, friendly, effective. His assistant will send you a superbill if you need for insurance purposes but it may take a few days and reminders. You will get it eventually, just be patient. Fast forward almost 4 years later, I hadn't had any issues again until now and that familiar creep of a tingle in my pinky was coming back. This time it was likely due to improper desk ergonomics as I started working from home. I thought I better hurry up and see him before it worsens!! And it did help! Now at the end of the same year, I started having tension headaches. I went to a massage therapist for a few times which helped but then a few weeks later the headache would come creeping back. I decided to see John again. I have not felt tight in my neck and shoulders since seeing him and my headaches have kept at bay so far! (Knock on wood.) I am a little scared of the bone cracking but John is very quick and subtle about it and makes you feel at ease. If anyone, i I trust John because he's been magic every time!! I figured I better leave him a review this time because it's not a fluke after so many years...he really does help you with your pains and aches!! Thanks so much John :) I'll be coming to you for as long as you're still working!

I had a great experience! Was suffering from shooting lower back pain and stiffness as a 24 year old former college athlete. I didn’t want to get the steroid shot and wanted a permanent fix not a temporary one. Started going to Dr. Wang and after about 2 months I was able to all the activities I was used to doing such as lifting weights, sleeping comfortably, running, sitting down pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Wang for people who are having lower back pain and disc discomfort just from sitting down. He really helped me! Can’t thank him enough.
He is very caring. I would recommend his mobile service too family and friends. We had to put our beloved dog down he was suffering from cancer. The process was very peaceful and he left us in his home. The Doctor was very sympathetic to our needs. Truly a wonderful professional person and veterinarian.

I've been bringing my pets to Bishop Ranch for almost 10 years. Cats, dogs of all sizes. I do notice a lot of turnover with their staff but the service I get is always superior. Today I brought my 9 month old kitten in to their urgent care clinic because she had been vomiting repeatedly for hours. We were taken back immediately and Elle was examined. The vet was Dr Crisp and she was very friendly and thorough. She gave me the information I needed without talking down to me or leaving out any details. My kitten was assessed and treated and is now home feeling better. I've taken my other cat here when he had an abscess form an entire month after I had adopted him from the shelter. I had brought him first to VEG and they found/drained the abscess but then sent my poor cat home with a gaping, oozing wound on his back and no medication. I brought him to Bishop Ranch the next day and he got the surgery he needed, a drain tube placed and the correct pain meds and antibiotics. He spent two weeks in a cone but he healed very well and is fine now. Again the vet and all staff were very kind courteous and professional. My only complaint is they are often booked out for weeks but that is what happens when you're the best, I suppose. Highly recommend.

I called in last second to get an appointment on a random Saturday late afternoon. Yin was nice enough to see me on short notice because I can't make it in during the week, the massage studio would be closed on Sunday, and because I was in so much pain that I did not want to wait a whole week until the following Saturday. I told her where all my pain spots were, she gave me the rundown as what I could expect to make sure we were on the same page, then she got to work. She made sure to address every pain spot I had all over my body, twist and contort me in ways I hadn't known was possible, and yet was gentle enough that I was ultra relaxed by the time it was over. Though painful at times(in a great way), the pain was always directed in the right spots and definitely left me feeling much better than I anticipated. I came in and my whole body hurt from rigorous exercising, and within 2-3 days of seeing Yin, my body felt almost completely refreshed.

I began seeing Joanne for lymphatic drainage massages after my surgery. She takes her time to make sure to address all areas needed, giving the attention required to really loosen up and move the lymph to be able to drain at the appropriate nodes. You can see and feel the difference immediately! She was extensively helpful at reducing my immediate stiffness, pain and swelling. She used gentle techniques and applied just the right amount of pressure during a time when I am extremely sensitive to touch. I continue my massages with her and I am seeing immediate improvement in my tissue and stiffness. I would leave every massage with more mobility and comfort than I came with. I honestly do not know where to begin. It's been about 4 months now that I have been seeing Chris regularly and he has really changed my life. I have had chronic hip, lower back pain and sciatica for over 20 years. The MRI and X-Rays were always clear and no doctor could figure out my pain. I have seen everyone from regular doctors who gave me cortisone shots, to physical therapists, to chiropractors to acupuncturists. These classes focus on movements and strength that will help anyone get stronger and gain more flexibility and mobility. I love getting my hair done at this place. Linda and Amanda are both really good. I had my balayage done here and have been returning to get my roots touched up. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

The best massage in San Ramon ! My wife goes 2 times a week I go once a week. We are both gym owners and are constantly training and coaching and beating up our bodies and this place brings us back to health and wealth! They put everything into every massage. Ask what you want and you will receive ! I highly recommend.

ONLY COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL BETTER!! Humorous but apropos. Whether you believe (1) that there is an invisible chi force that the needles align in balance or (2) the needles work to physically release the tension in the muscles (which, I'm more inclined to believe): the effect is undeniable. I've seen Rita 5 times now and my muscles are so much more pliable and now stretching easily releases the muscle tension. Pain free and flexible movement as a 50+ year old - YAY!As to Rita herself, she is not only completely professional, experienced, and knowledgeable, she was born with a healthy dose of empathy so she genuinely cares for her patients. This is NOT a patient mill like other places. And the office and the building are serene with a woodsy surrounding - so conducive to the vibe.
I’m a 71 yr male who loves to play competitive golf. I recently developed severe pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulder from working out too hard. After 3 visits to Dr Chou, I can turn my neck freely and my shoulder pain is gone. Dr Chou identified the problem quickly, told me it would take 3 visits to assess how my body responded to acupuncture therapy - and he expertly adjusted his 2nd and 3rd treatments until the pain and stiffness were gone. I’d tried chiropractic and physical therapy with some success but acupuncture got the job done. Can’t say enough good things about Dr Chou! He’s wonderful.
I have been suffering from post concussion syndrome. Dr. Jee has been treating several symptoms, such as headaches, nausea, neck pain, anxiety, and brain fog. He is professional, courteous and the first relief I have found since my incident. I would highly recommend trying Dr. Lee if you’re suffering from symptoms and do not desire to take prescriptions, but a more natural approach.
I don't know where to start… I started getting treatment 8 months postpartum because I was at my lowest. I felt depleted emotionally, physically, and mentally. I had no energy and struggled with stagnation and brain fog.

BJ is a gem of a driving instructor. She went out of her way to give both my drivers-in-training a ton of practice, insights, tips and tricks. One of my children had her behind-the-wheel test at a DMV with tough driving conditions. BJ drove her to this location on every driving lesson (a 45 minutes drive in traffic) so that she got familiar with the pedestrian and traffic patterns. Thanks to BJ's patience and upbeat attitude both my children aced their behind-the-wheel tests on the first try. You are a star, BJ! Thank you. Kelly is very customer-oriented and follows through on her commitments. She is a scheduling wizard. One of her driving-test vehicles developed an engine problem the night before my daughter was to take her test. Kelly got a substitute vehicle driven in from Sacramento to the Bay Area the next day to ensure my daughter would still make her testing appointment at the DMV. Kelly saved the day and my daughter passed the test. My impression from my interactions with Tri-Valley Driving School (Kelly is one of the owners) is the company values the customer experience and less about the money. I recommend Tri-Valley to anyone seeking a good combination of driving instructors and a great experience scheduling classes and driving tests for young, first-time drivers.
