The staff is very friendly and nice. I love their products, which have made my skin feel smoother and people have made comments.The reason why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is their machines have been down for a month now. First appointment (this month Feb. was cancelled) I didn’t notice because I was at work then showed up but no one was there to take me. I rescheduled and had to cancel due to being sick then the next one my dad passed away and had to cancel that. Finally went in but the machine was still down. So I decided to cancel my membership ($250 a month and must do 4 months at least). Cancelling is easy within their policy timeframe.Pros: the various...read full review

Love the experience at skin laundry! I have acne, scars, and hyperpigmentation. Im excited to see my results with time! Just did my second facial. And after the first I definitely saw my dark spots blend away.
