First time at BRVC and was seen by Dr. Shastri. She's patient with us and our dog. She answered all the questions in great detail. I was able to get an appointment within a few days when called to schedule.

Brought our new rescue puppy to Dr. Cappelletti at Bishop Ranch for a first appointment. She is a wonderful doctor. She was very patient with us and answered all of our questions and offered great suggestions. The puppy liked her too.

I started using Bishop Ranch when I adopted from GSRNC several years ago and have continued with each adopted GSD and cat. They're very nice and accommodating and good with my dogs and cats, when I had cats. I've had the unfortunate experience of having to seek their help in euthanizing my last cat and I couldn't of hoped for a better experience for such a difficult decision but they helped with not sugar coating the condition of my beloved cat, much appreciated, and allowed my daughter and I as much time with our cat even after she was gone.
