So I have been starting to go to Lita for the past few weeks after my bicycle accident, and I had been suffering from muscle tension, muscle locking and overall soreness all over the left side of my back and arms. The proprietor is an expert at resolving any aches, muscle stiffness, or problem areas. She can do an excellent traditional deep tissue massage, but where she excels is with the Thai technique. She pulls, pushes, kneads you all while supporting you through each movement. If you need to maintain or increase your flexibility, this is the session you want! It’s done wonders for me.

Found Lita (Yin Dee Thai Massage) by chance while researching the internet for “custom” massages.Had knee surgery few years ago, since then my right leg has always bothered me. The scared tissues around it get tight & some days walking is hard. Then I hit my 50’s, my arthritics & muscle inflammation went to a whole new level.
