The finished product was great. The workers were excellent and finished the job in a very timely manner. We are pleased with the results. The agreed upon negotiated price that was in the contract was changed the day the job started. They stated that patio cover demo was no longer part of the job. This was never part of any discussion. So, the price was raised to demo patio cover and there was no willingness to make any adjustments.
I recently discovered one loose paver on the front step walkway leading to my front door. I contacted Nelson and he sent one of his employees to my house immediately to take care of the issue. I could not be happier with the amazing customer service from Nelson and Mr. Pavers, thank you!!
had a new driveway and walkway installed. SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. Staff did everything they promised, came as scheduled, working with us to redo look of the front of the house. So happy we went with pavers. Money well spent ,totally upgraded front of our home.Shout out to John who was so patient and knowledgeable.
