I honestly do not know where to begin. It's been about 4 months now that I have been seeing Chris regularly and he has really changed my life. I have had chronic hip, lower back pain and sciatica for over 20 years. The MRI and X-Rays were always clear and no doctor could figure out my pain. I have seen everyone from regular doctors who gave me cortisone shots, to physical therapists, to chiropractors to acupuncturists. I found Chris after having an injury that would not go away for over six months. He took the time to explain his wholistic approach to the body and its function and helped me see the bigger picture in my recovery. Since going to him, I’ve felt significant improvement in my overall function and also feel more confident in preventing and recovering from future injuries. He’s taught me how to use my body correctly which will have a lasting impact on my life. I highly recommend Chris if you are looking for long term results and are willing to put in the work to make it happen.
I've been working with Chris for 6 months now as of this writing. The work we have done has been extremely helpful in diagnosing a lot of the counterproductive patterns my mind and body have learned over the years. He takes a very holistic and body-based approach to finding and educating about these learned limitations. Then through a combination of hands on and movement-based work, guides you towards a better relationship between your mind and body. It is quite an individuated approach as well, as different sessions for me have had varying amounts of hands on massage/body work, versus dynamic movement/postural-based practices.
